  • The Conspiracy In The Corpse
    Brennan and the Jeffersonian team are desperately working to get Booth out of jail, clear his name and absolve him of crimes he did not commit. The remains of a man who has been dead 16 years could be the point of origin in the entire government conspiracy that ultimately put Booth in jail. Meanwhile, Booth is faced with a challenge from a new and politically ambitious FBI agent. As he awaits trial, Booth also realizes that many of the convicts with whom he is locked up are criminals he put in there, and Daisy and Sweets have a surprise for the rest of the Jeffersonian team.

  • The Lance To The Heart
    To find out who framed Booth for murder, the Jeffersonian team, with the help Special Agent James Aubrey, continues to investigate who is behind a conspiracy within the Federal Government that dates all the way back to J. Edgar Hoover. Then, when foreign DNA is found in a previous victim linked to the scandal, the team is able to narrow down the number of suspects, leading them closer to cracking the case.

  • The Purging Of The Pundit
    With the help of "squintern" Rodolfo Fuentes, the Jeffersonian team investigates the murder of a controversial conservative radio host whose remains were found in a storm drain. When the team discovers some of his extracurricular activities, they come across shocking evidence that narrows down the suspects. Meanwhile, Special Agent James Aubrey is desperate to gain the trust of Booth, and Brennan is worried about Booth's psychological well-being after recent events.

  • The Geek In The Guck
    The Jeffersonian team, with the help Special Agent James Aubrey, investigate the murder of a video game designer whose remains were found washed up in a river. When the team uncovers more about the fortune the victim had acquired throughout his career, everyone who was close to him becomes a suspect. However, the investigation takes a turn when they discover that the victim was playing his own games on people. Meanwhile, squintern Jessica Warren enlightens the team about the educational cooperative with which she has been involved and Brennan and Booth discuss Christine's future.

  • The Corpse At The Convention
    The Jeffersonian team attends a forensic science convention with Brennan delivering the keynote speech, only to discover the remains of a body in a stairwell at the convention. With numerous convention attendees offering help and their products, evidence points to Dr. Hodgins as a suspect and the team has to find a way to prove his innocence. Meanwhile, Brennan runs into her publishing rival, Tess Brown and squintern Wendell Bray has news about his cancer diagnosis and returns to work with Jeffersonian team.

  • The Lost Love In The Foreign Land
    The Jeffersonian team investigates the murder of an immigrant maid whose remains were found on the side of the road. The victim's wealthy former employer, Sandra Zins, is a key suspect in the case, but when the team discovers that the victim might have been brought into the country illegally, the team realizes the case is much bigger than it seemed. Amidst talks of marriage between Cam and squintern Arastoo, tensions rise between Brennan and Cam as Arastoo prepares his dissertation for Brennan's approval.

  • The Money Maker On The Merry-Go-Round
    After severely damaged human remains are discovered under a merry-go-round, the Jeffersonian team begins a complicated investigation of a billion dollar hedge fund company. When the victim's boss becomes a prime suspect in the investigation, the case takes a major turn as the team uncovers incriminating evidence against the victim. Meanwhile, the investigation becomes increasingly difficult as Aubrey feels an emotional connection to the case, and Booth and Brennan are at odds when Christine curses for the first time.

  • The Puzzler In The Pit
    After a famous crossword puzzle master is found in an urban fracking site, the Jeffersonian team investigates puzzle champ's fellow players in order to track down the killer. After discovering that the victim was suffering from a mental illness when he died, the team realizes the case is much more complicated than it seemed. Meanwhile, a very pregnant Daisy seeks comfort from her doula, Valentina, and the newest member of the Jeffersonian family arrives.

  • The Mutilation Of The Master Manipulator
    The investigation of the murder of a college psychology professor reveals some controversial social experiments on his grad students, which lead to a long list of suspects. Meanwhile, Booth is shackled by online traffic school; and Wendell deals with his feelings about a nurse who's involved with his chemotherapy treatments.

  • The 200th In The 10th
    The show's 200th episode is an homage to Alfred Hitchcock's films that takes place in 1950s Hollywood, where LAPD detective Brennan teams up with jewel thief Booth when the latter is framed for the murder of a wealthy socialite.

  • The Psychic In The Soup
    Avalon Harmonia lends her expertise to an investigation when the body of a psychic is found rotting in the trunk of a tree. Meanwhile, Brennan and Booth are divided over Christine's new imaginary friend; and the team remembers Sweets on his birthday.

  • The Teacher In The Books
    A teacher is found dead in an abandoned bookstore, and her coworkers and students are suspects. Meanwhile, "squintern" Jessica Warren teaches Brennan some tricks of the Twitter trade when her publisher encourages her to embrace social media to reach more fans.

  • The Baker In The Bits
    The body of an ex-con is found in pieces, and the investigation leads to a local bakery known for hiring former felons, but clues point to a robbery gone awry and a list of suspects from the deceased's past. Meanwhile, Arastoo mulls returning to Iran to visit his dying brother, which strains his relationship with Cam.

  • The Putter In The Rough
    A miniature-golf star's death reveals the sport's highly competitive nature. Meanwhile, Brennan is afraid that her dad is dabbling in crime again; and Wendell asks Hodgins to help him fix his girlfriend's family heirloom.

  • The Eye In The Sky
    A high-stakes gambler's remains are discovered in an industrial shredder, but Booth's history of addiction comes into play when he and Brennan investigate the world of underground poker. Meanwhile, Hodgins invents a lab-related product; and Brennan and Booth get some exciting family news.

  • The Big Beef At The Royal Diner
    The death of a celebrity chef is investigated by the team members, who track down clues at local restaurants. Meanwhile, Hodgins sells his new invention for millions, and Brennan helps Christine learn about bones by writing an anatomically correct song.

  • The Lost In The Found
    A private high-school student's remains are found in a ditch, and bullying may have played a role in her death, but Brennan isn't so sure it's murder when she finds similarities between her own teen years and the victim's.

  • The Verdict In The Victims
    The execution of convicted serial killer Alex Rockwell is just 48 hours away, but Brennan begins to have doubts about his guilt.

  • The Murder In The Middle East
    Arastoo is kidnapped by a member of the Iranian parliament to help him with a murder case, so Booth and Cam head to the Middle East to expose the killer before it's too late. Meanwhile, Brennan is concerned about Booth's gambling habit, and asks Aubrey to protect her and Christine from her husband's bookie.

  • The Woman In The Whirlpool
    A cookie-jar collector's body is found near a river, and the killer may be a fellow kitchenware enthusiast. Meanwhile, Booth struggles to accept Brennan's decision that he move out of their house due to his gambling addiction; and Aubrey keeps an eye on one of the "squinterns."

  • The Life In The Light
    The remains of an ex-con and biker who became a yoga instructor are found in the ruins of a forest fire, and the investigation casts a wide net in both worlds to find the killer. Meanwhile, Booth continues to fight his gambling addiction; and Angela and Hodgins make an important decision about their future at the Jeffersonian.

  • The Next In The Last
    A victim's remains at a crime scene are reminiscent of Christopher Pelant's dirty work, so the team revisits their files on the infamous killer to find his possible protege. Meanwhile, Angela wonders if Paris is the right place for her and Hodgins; and Brennan and Booth mull career moves out of the Jeffersonian and the FBI, respectively.
