Episode 101
In April 2006, hopefuls gathered from across the country in the hopes of making it onto one of the Squads. Over 5 days they tumbled, stunted and cheered, hoping to impress coach Jomo Thompson, faculty advisor T. Lynn and the assistant coaches. Even returning Squad members are required to audition. Follow the hopefuls through the first 4 days of tryouts.

Episode 102
The grueling audition process culminates on Sunday, with the remaining hopefuls gunning for one last chance to impress in front of invited guests and judges comprising of former UK cheerleaders. Jomo names the 2006-2007 Blue and White Squads.After the teams are named, we follow the Blue squad to Wisconsin where they participate in Camp with squads from schools around the country. In the sweltering July heat it's the first chance for the team to work together, and the first chance to check out their national competition.

Episode 103
Summer ends with a bonding retreat for the Blue squad - what Jomo calls the secret to the team's success. With summer over, the squad heads back to school. They try to balance the demands of being an elite athlete with their demands as students. Football season kicks off with a bang - but all the while their sights are focused on preparing for the Championships in January.

Episode 104
Get to know the cheerleaders better as the seniors plan for their futures and the freshmen try to keep up. Basketball season kicks off with "Big Blue Madness."

Episode 105
Follow the squad as they head to New Orleans to cheer for the football team in the Music City Bowl. The cheerleaders are thrilled to be cheering in their first bowl game, but will it distract them from preparing for the National Championship which is less than a month away.

Episode 106
It's crunch time as the team prepares for the Championship (January 12-15th) in Orlando. Who will Jomo name to the championship squad, and with the last minute switches to the male cheerleaders, is their winning streak threatened?
