The contestants enter the reel world when they dance to memorable songs from movies. Jump, Jive & Weigh In The remaining contestants get into the swing of things, trying to shed pounds via swing dancing. At stake is a treasured phone call to loved ones at home. Double Trouble The pound-shedding contestants handle two dance disciplines - the tango and hip-hop. We Are Family The thinning contestants take on two more dance routines, but a surprise awaits them when their families pay a visit. And a shocking twist highlights the elimination segment. Waltzing To The Finish Line The Viennese waltz and the cha-cha test the four contestants in the semifinals. In addition, they receive makeovers for a magazine photo shoot. The Final Weigh In One contestant emerges as the winner and the return of all the eliminated players. The victor wins $100,000. Reunion Special A celebration of the transformation made by the 12 contestants who starred in Oxygen's first-ever dance/weight-loss competition series. Taped in front of a live studio audience, the reunion will catch up with the contestants to see how they have changed, physically and emotionally, since they shook and rattled their rolls away.
