    After six months on the market and zero offers, Geoff and Carin are desperate to sell their overcrowded home, and they are willing to do whatever it takes! The house is too small for their growing family, and they would like to move before they have another child. Enter Bob Guiney and his dating approach to selling a home. First, their home will need a bit of a makeover. Bob and interior designer Nadia Geller have their hands full, tackling several home improvements including painting over red kitchen cabinets, finishing renovations and hiding all the children's toys. After undergoing all these upgrades, the house is ready for a speed date. It will allow many potential buyers an opportunity to check out the couple's home in a fun and casual setting, complete with drinks and appetizers. The home speed date is a success, with many interested potential buyers stepping forward. Two, named Seth and Dalhia, are very interested and Bob invites them to date Geoff and Carin's house. Seth and Dalhia love disco, so Bob and Nadia quickly prep the house for a '70s Disco Party. Seth and Dalhia enjoy their amazing date and begin feeling more and more at home. As their date wraps up, they review the pros and cons, and must decide whether or not this house is the perfect place to start their family. Geoff and Carin return home and are anxious to hear if Seth and Dalhia are ready to make an offer to buy... or not.

  • A Luau Makeover
    Shawna and David's house has been on the market for six months with only two offers, both significantly below their asking price. They must sell their home immediately so that David can accept a lucrative job opportunity that is two hours away. His potential employer has given him an extended grace period, but David must make his decision soon. Enter Bob Guiney and his dating approach to selling this home. First, Bob and interior designer Nadia Geller will prep the house to get back on the dating scene with a makeover. After choosing neutral paint colors and replacing outdated furniture, the house is ready for an open-house speed date, complete with drinks and appetizers. Although several potential buyers expressed interest, newlyweds Milo and Kim seem like the perfect match for a more intimate dating experience. Bob invites Milo and Kim to date David and Shawna's house and they accept. They decide that a luau with all their friends would be a great way to find out if this home is right for them. During their amazing date, Milo and Kim weigh the pros and cons of the house. They love the house, but will they be able to get past a small kitchen, the high price and all the needed renovations? Shawna and David return, anxious to hear their decision ??? will they finally sell their house?

  • Sushi Makeover
    Four years ago, homeowner Jonathan found the love of his life in the form of a two-bedroom house, located just blocks from the beach in Southern California. When he was recently asked by his employer to permanently relocate to London, Jonathan had no choice but to put his home on the market. The logistical challenge of selling from abroad is insurmountable, so Jonathan has enlisted the help of his mother, Barbara, to oversee the sale in his absence. Now, only days away from his departure, Jonathan and Barbara are desperate to sell and have called in Date My House for help. Host Bob Guiney and his expert designer, Nadia Geller, give the home a 24-hour makeover before opening the doors for an open house. Lindsay and Adam are a newly engaged couple searching for their first home. These potential buyers eagerly accept an opportunity to have a date with Jonathan's house in order to decide if it's their perfect match. They choose to enjoy an evening with two of their closest friends by hosting a Japanese-inspired sushi dinner in a celebration of their recent engagement. Bob and Nadia attempt to make Jonathan's home irresistible for Adam and Lindsay, creating the perfect atmosphere by using sake glasses, banana leaves for sushi plates, pillowed floor seating and Japanese lanterns. When the sellers return home and come face to face with Adam and Lindsey, the tension reaches a climax. Will these potential buyers be interested in a long-term commitment and want to make an offer on the house? Jonathan and Barbara wait anxiously to find out.

  • SciFi Makeover
    Candace's home has been on the market for five months and has received zero offers! With her children off to college, this mom is ready to downsize. There is another home Candace desperately wants, but she can't afford to buy it until she's sold her current house. This sounds like a job for Bob Guiney - venerable dating matchmaker to the homes! On this episode Bob and interior designer Nadia Geller tackle several projects. They include adding curb appeal to the home, updating the decor and correcting poor spatial layout. When they're done, Candace's house looks sexy and is ready for its close-up ??? in the form of a speed date, of course. Plenty of potential suitors come calling, but Bob thinks mother and daughter Rashida and Khalidah are the best match for a more intimate date. Rashida and Khalidah decide that a "paranormal club" gathering would be a perfect way to become acquainted with the home, while also ensuring that no evil spirits lurk within. The next morning, the two women enjoy breakfast at the house as they juggle the pros and cons of buying it. They can't seem to make a decision, but when Candace returns home, they know time is up. Candace asks whether they will make a long-term commitment. Are Rashida and Khalidah ready to make an offer?

    Henry Fan, a divorced single father, is desperate to sell his home. His house has been on the market for 12 months. Host Bob Guiney is on a mission to help him out of this massive jam. After Bob and his crew refurnish several rooms, lanDISCape the yards and add hardwood floors, the house looks amazing and is ready for an open-house speed date. Of all the eligible buyers, Bob selects Scott as the most compatible and offers him a date with the house. Tired of wasting his money on rent, Scott is excited about investing in property. For his date with Henry's house, Scott decides to have a "casino night" with his buddies. As his friends leave, Scott weighs his options Is Henry's house exactly what he's looking for? Will he go all in with an offer to buy?

Enter our hero, Bob Guiney, whose plan of action includes finding a date for Karen's house, but not without first taking a trip down makeover lane. Bob's first step is to team up with interior designer Nadia Geller. The two will prep the house to get it back on the dating scene. Nadia's planned changes, including highlighting the home's retro charm and correcting poor spatial layout, make a big impact on the perceived value of the house. After the makeover, Karen's home is ready to hit the dating scene with confidence. The open-house speed date is a success! Although several parties express interest, Bob thinks Marina is the most compatible with Karen's house. Marina has been renting for a while and feels that the current state of the housing market makes this the best time for her to buy. Bob invites Marina to date Karen's house and she accepts, deciding that having an "art party" with all her friends would be the perfect way to decide whether this house is right for her. While enjoying the house with her friends, Marina gets a real sense of what it would be like to have a long-term relationship with it. But will it be enough for her to make an offer on this charmer of a home?
