Video Star Challenge The nine remaining crews use iconic music videos as inspiration for this week's challenge. Rock The Title Challenge The eight remaining crews must create a routine that utilizes a unique physical transformation that is inspired by the song title. Speed Up Challenge This week is all about speed. The 7 remaining crews are given a mix that goes from smooth and slow to fast and furious. The crews will be judged on how well they can adjust to the faster pace and stay on the beat. Janet Jackson Challenge The 6 remaining crews do justice to one of the most influential singers, dancers and artists of all time, Janet Jackson. Bring The Beat Challenge The 5 remaining crews take you to school for the Bring The Beat Challenge. Missy Elliott Challenge The 4 remaining crews bring their own style when they take on the moves from Missy's hottest music videos. Eighties Theme Challenge This week the crews take you back to the 80's with moves inspired by classic 80's films, 'Breakin', 'Flashdance' and 'Footloose'. Championship Showdown It's the Championship Showdown, and each of the 2 remaining crews face-off with 3 performances each. The Live Finale As Super Cr3w and SoReal Cru square off for the final time, the 8 booted crews return to show off their moves. Casting Special Fourteen crews head to Los Angeles to compete in the live casting special for Season 2 of America's Best Dance Crew.
