Encore! Encore! premiered on NBC on September 22, 1998. It is about an opera star whose voice has lost its power. He goes into the family's wine business, but drives them crazy the entire time. Joseph still believes the world revolves around him and finds it hard to imagine that anything is more important than himself. The only thing that saves him from being a totally pompous annoyance is the fact that he actually does care about his family. His mother lives there and his sister runs part of the winery. This show has some humor and is hip.
