Bucky leads hundreds of state troopers on a chase through the backwoods of western New York for the better part of five months. An amazing series of lucky and reckless maneuvers allows Bucky to avoid capture. But the case turns uglier when Bucky shoots three state troopers. Captain Steve Nigrelli spearheads the hunt and is determined to nab Philips before more blood is spilled.

  • Larry Davis
New York City detectives Victor Cruz and Robert Waters will be haunted by the horrific events of Nov. 19, 1985, forever. On that night, a team of armed detectives and officers took up positions at an apartment building in the Bronx, looking to capture quadruple murderer Larry Davis. Coming out with his gun blazing, Davis hit six of the officers in a wild shoot-out, then escaped in the confusion. The six survived, but a massive citywide manhunt was on.

  • Danny Ray Horning
Horning escapes from the Arizona State Prison and goes on the run, putting his military survival skills to the test. He calls himself a "freedom fighter," and locals call him "Rambo." But to Sheriff Joe Richards, who must hunt him down, Horning is just a dangerous fugitive. Horning goes to the one place he thinks he'll never be found - the Grand Canyon. Living off the land, he evades capture in the longest and largest manhunt in Arizona state history.

  • Christopher Dimeo
For two months in 2004, Christopher Dimeo and his girlfriend, Nicole Pearce, embark on a heroin-fueled crime spree. Dimeo steals over $350,000 worth of jewelry and leaves three dead in his wake. The brutal slayings in the sleepy suburbs of New York set off an intense manhunt led by Det. Billy Brosnan and Det. Lt. Dennis Farrell. Their hunt for the fugitives leads to a SWAT showdown in Atlantic City.

  • John B. Hawkins
International playboy John Hawkins and two associates conspire to kill a young man as part of a scam to collect $2 million in life insurance. Initially authorities fall for it, but the scheme unravels. The two associates are caught early on, but ringleader Hawkins goes on the run, launching a three-year global manhunt. Hawkins is close to getting away with it until his path finally crosses with the lone police officer who pursues him relentlessly--California homicide detective Jon Perkins.

  • Dan & Don Nichols
Suffering from loneliness while living off the land in the isolated Rocky Mountains, Dan and Don Nichols kidnap a local female tri-athlete and try to convince her to become Dan's wilderness bride. But after their plan takes a deadly turn, Sheriff Johnny France leads a five-month manhunt for the fugitives that ends on a snow-choked Montana mountainside.

  • Darli Velazquez Armas
While awaiting trial, Darli Velazquez Armas, a player in Miami's drug world, decides to go on the lam. Bounty hunter Rolando Betancourt is assigned the case, and an incredible international manhunt ensues. There are several near misses and high-speed car chases. Betancourt flies back and forth across the Atlantic, doggedly pursuing every lead, until he finally sees his chance to bring the fugitive in and end the epic five-month chase once and for all.

  • William Burkhart
A religious fanatic with a history of mental illness, William Burkhart eludes a posse for 34 days in the snow-capped mountains of Colorado in 1995. Burkhart commits a string of bizarre burglaries in unoccupied summer cabins. Three Park County deputies surround him, but Burkhart shoots one of them and escapes into the dark woods. Sheriff Bob Harrison leads the ensuing manhunt for Burkhart, which is nothing like Park County has ever seen.

  • Craig Pritchert
Craig Pritchert and his girlfriend, Nova Guthrie, become the modern day Bonnie and Clyde. After falling in love, the two go on a bank robbery spree, making off with $500,000 in cash. They flee the U.S., but Detective Tom VanMeter, FBI Special Agent Mike Sanborn, and Special Agent Alvie Price take up the chase. When a tip comes in that Pritchert and Guthrie are in Cape Town, South Africa, the FBI sends a team to take the two down and end the six-year manhunt.
