  • Here's To Man And Woman's Best Friend
As the teams arrive at the mansion, the owners quickly begin to size up the other dogs and their owners. They first compete in a Dog Bone Competition titled "Musical Chairs," which rewards the winning team the luxury Dog Bone Suite. The winning team is also given the power to banish one team to the Dog House, which is a small, unassuming structure on the grounds of the Canine Academy. The 12 teams will also compete in the first Best In Show Competition titled "Doggies Got Talent." Their performances will be evaluated by the three judges who will then expel the first team from Canine Academy.

  • He's A Farter, Not A Fighter
A pint-sized pup with a Napoleon complex bullies a bigger canine competitor. In addition, this week's episode tests the dogs' level of obedience. At the military-themed Dog Bone competition, one canine front-runner is thrown off track when its owner makes a dumb mistake. Bill's adventurous dog, Star, gets rushed to the doggy hospital after injuring herself in the yard. During the Best In Show competition, one dog's poor table manners leaves the judges with a bad taste in their mouths. The second team is expelled from the Canine Academy.

  • Off The Leash
Elvis and David work hard to shatter Elvis' reputation as a Jack Russell Terrorist. Tempers flare when dog owners are forced to work together to free their dogs in the Dog Bone competition called "Tangled Leash." Puppy love also blossoms when two young singles bond over a common love of their dogs ... and an underdog emerges as a fierce game player after selling out a fellow teammate in front of the judges. The third team is expelled from the Canine Academy.

  • Top Dog Model
The dogs and owners spend time with a photographer to come up with a themed photo to impress the judges. Back at Canine Academy, jealousy jeopardizes the relationship between two of the owners, at the Dog Bone Competition, some owners are shocked to find out they don't know their dogs as well as they think they do and, while taking a dip in the pool, Tillman displays his very special technique of water conservation. For the Best In Show Competition, each dog/owner team spends time with a photographer to come up with a shot to impress the judges. The fourth team is expelled from the Canine Academy.

  • Dancing With The Dogs
The remaining eight teams of dogs and owners display their talents on the dance floor. In addition, the "Mud Doggin'" Dog Bone Competition gets down and dirty when the dogs have to prove their balance and coordination; one owner is reduced to tears after their dog shuts down during training for the Best-In-Show Competition; one competitor shows tremendous heart after making a crucial sacrifice to help out a troubled opponent and a front-running team faces severe scrutiny after playing it safe in the Best-In-Show Competition, "Doggie Dance Off." The fifth team is expelled from the Canine Academy.

  • Salvador Doggy
The dogs express themselves creatively in a Best In Show painting competition. In addition, Travis and Laura take the opportunity to get to know each other better now that Brandy has left the competition. During the "Doggy IQ" Competition, Travis and Presley strive to reclaim their spot at the top of the pack, while Preston tries to claw his way to victory. After winning the "Doggy IQ" Competition, one thoughtful dog owner considers giving up an advantage for the Best In Show Competition. During the judges' evaluations, sparks fly after one pup's parent sells out another in an attempt to divert the attention from themselves. The sixth team is expelled from the Canine Academy.

  • The Big Dig
The seventh dog-owner team is eliminated from the competition.

  • My Dog Can Fly
The dogs are joined by an unexpected 9,000 pound elephant, Susy, for the Dog Bone Competition. For the Best In Show Competition, the pups get help from Hollywood stunt trainers to get in shape for "Stunt Dog" where they are given the chance to soar! The eighth team is expelled from the Canine Academy.

  • Dog Swap
An injury threatens to pull a canine front-runner out of the competition. The Final Four fight it out during the Dog Bone Competition with a test of endurance and loyalty. During the Best In Show competition, the owners quickly find out that some bonds defy all reason. The ninth team is expelled from the Canine Academy.

  • The Greatest American Dog Is...
The Final Three teams compete in an elaborate Best In Show competition which combines some of the more challenging competitions from previous weeks. All 12 teams reunite for the final evaluation where one dog is crowned the "Greatest American Dog."
