  • Pilot
    Olivia "Liv" Moore was a disciplined, over-achieving medical resident who had her life path completely mapped out... until she is turned into a zombie. Now stuck somewhere between half-alive and undead, Liv loses her drive and ambition. She breaks off her engagement with charming soul mate Major, fearful of infecting him with her condition. Liv transfers her medical residency to the city morgue in order to access the only form of sustenance left available to her - the only thing that allows her to maintain her humanity - brains. There are side effects to Liv's new diet: With each brain Liv consumes, she experiences visions - flashes of the corpse's memories - which often provide clues as to how they were killed. Her boss, the brilliant but eccentric Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti, encourages her to embrace this gift and to work with unproven homicide detective, Clive Babineaux, to help solve these murders. In doing so, Liv finds a measure of peace, and a new sense of purpose in what her life has now become.

  • Brother, Can You Spare A Brain?
    Liv, Ravi and Clive try to solve the mysterious death of a famous painter. Liv is consumed with passion when she eats his brain and can't resist trying to seduce Major. Meanwhile, Blaine makes a surprise visit to the morgue.

  • The Exterminator
    Liv and Babineaux investigate a hit-and-run case and discover the victim was a hit man responsible for the murder of a tech entrepreneur, a case that Peyton is prosecuting. Meanwhile, Liv makes a surprising discovery about someone from her past; and Peyton is shocked by Liv's reaction when Major moves on with his life.

  • Liv And Let Clive
    Clive discovers a John Doe in the morgue is one of his former criminal contacts from his days working on the vice squad, but he refuses Liv's help to solve the murder. Liv and Ravi investigate on their own, which puts them in a precarious situation. Meanwhile, Major searches for a roommate, and Liv thinks he is considering a cute co-ed.

  • Flight Of The Living Dead
    Liv reluctantly eats the brains of her murdered sorority sister to gain insight into her death. The case takes Liv and Clive into the victim's world of extreme sporting where they meet a professional snowboarder who is hiding a secret. Meanwhile, Liv connects with another murder suspect; and Major voices his concern to Clive over a young boy's disappearance.

  • Virtual Reality Bites
    A computer hacker's murder is investigated. Liv inherits intense agoraphobia and mad skills at computer gaming when she consumes his brains. Meanwhile, Blaine becomes acquainted with someone close to Liv.

  • Maternity Liv
    A pregnant woman is murdered but her baby survives. After Liv consumes the victim's brain, a fierce maternal instinct kicks in. Meanwhile, Major makes a shocking discovery.

  • Dead Air
    Liv and Clive investigate the murder of a morning radio talk show host who specialized in relationship straight talk. After Liv consumes the victim's brains, she gains insight but gets very personal with Clive, which makes him uneasy. Meanwhile, Peyton steps in to help Major; and Blaine issues a warning.

  • Patriot Brains
    Liv and Clive investigate the mysterious death of a former sniper who worked as an instructor at a paintball facility. The probe centers on the victim's ex-wife and her new husband. Meanwhile, Major continues to get closer to the truth; and Blaine does the unthinkable.

  • Mr. Berserk
    Liv and Clive investigate the murder of a journalist who was working on a story that linked psychotic episodes in a small number of consumers to a popular energy drink. Meanwhile, Ravi tries to help Major, who continues to believe that he's going crazy.

  • Astroburger
    Someone close to Major dies of an apparent suicide, so Liv consumes the victim's brains to learn more and the result is a mix of reality and paranoia. Meanwhile, Clive questions Major and learns of a secret computer file that may help find the killer.

  • Dead Rat, Live Rat, Brown Rat, White Rat
    Liv is taken back to high school when she investigates a teen's death following a late-night joyride that ended in disaster and a cover-up. Later, one of the victim's friends dies, which raises some serious questions about the case. Meanwhile, Major thinks Blaine's deli is not all it seems to be.

  • Blaine's World
    Liv and Clive discover new evidence in the Max Rager case. They then pay a visit to Vaughn Du Clark at Max Rager headquarters. Meanwhile, Ravi continues his search for a cure; Blaine makes Liv an offer she can't refuse; and Major gets involved in an unbelievable situation.
