Treville to find a missing musketeer who is carrying important letters on behalf of King Louis. Sleight Of Hand Notorious criminal Vadim tries to make life unbearable for the authorities who imprisoned him. When he engineers a full-scale riot, it's up to the Musketeers to protect those whom Vadim seeks to destroy. Commodities The Musketeers are dispatched to Le Havre to collect the infamous merchant trader and explorer Bonnaire, and bring him back to Paris to be reprimanded for breaking France's trade treaty. The Good Soldier Aramis' old friend Marsac, a former Musketeer, unexpectedly returns to Paris and his arrival throws the Musketeers into turmoil. They know they should report him for desertion, but his appearance coincides with the royal visit of the King's sister and her husband, the Duke of Savoy, whom the Musketeers must protect. The Homecoming Porthos wakes from his drunken birthday celebration with no memory of the night before???and a dead body by his side. Although he is sentenced to death, the Musketeers scramble to prove his innocence, but their investigation uncovers a tangled web of divided loyalties and greed, and they risk everything to infiltrate the slums of the Court of Miracles before it is too late. The Exiles Aramis and d'Artagnan try to transport a young woman and her baby from a village outside Paris to the palace, but armed men abduct the child. The Musketeers then must find out who the woman is and why anyone would go to such lengths to kidnap her son. A Rebellious Woman The Musketeers investigate the tragic death of a young girl. The probe leads them into the world of a highborn and enlightened woman, who gets under Athos' skin. The Challenge The Musketeers are ordered to bring the fearsome Labarge, a regional intendant under arrest for the murder of two Musketeers, to Paris. However, the Red Guards become resentful and initiate a fight between the two regiments. Knight Takes Queen The Musketeers are attacked when they try to get Queen Anne back to Paris. They seek refuge in a fortified convent. Meanwhile, Louis dines with a wealthy German banker, who is looking for a French match for his beautiful daughter. Musketeers Don't Die Easily Athos takes Milady hostage and is furious to learn that D'Artagnan knows her, which puts their friendship in jeopardy. Meanwhile, the cardinal fears that the Musketeers will prove he was behind the attempted murder of the queen, and compels Milady to get rid of them once and for all.
