  • Family Conference
    As the summer winds down, Amber and Reggie reveal to their families that they've been dating. Jackie calls for a family conference - in a newly revealed basement at the Bird-Kersee home - at which both families vote on whether or not the couple can stay together. Things approach fever pitch until Abby interrupts with a heartfelt speech about how Reggie is the only person to ever make Amber smile. Then, just as the families are about to embrace the relationship, an unexpected guest arrives to compete for Reggie's affections.

  • September Fools
    Larry sets out to pull an epic prank on the Weavers after they explain to him what April Fools' Day is. Meanwhile Reggie, with help from Jackie, tries to convince Amber that he doesn't have feelings for his Zabvronian soulmate.

  • The Neighbours
    Jackie and Debbie hit a newfound stride in their friendship, telling each other their most intimate secrets. But there's one thing Jackie won't tell her next door neighbor: ever since Larry's father cut the Joyner-Kersee family off financially, Jackie has been secretly working at the local Mexican restaurant. When Jackie sees an opportunity to get promoted to manager, she invites her boss over for dinner and gets more than she bargained for.

  • The One With Interspecies F-R-I-E-N-D-S
    After a botched game night leaves Jackie doubting her and Debbie's friendship, they go for makeovers by Shirley at a salon that specializes in African American hair care - hairstyles ensue. Also in the episode, Amber and Reggie continue to explore their biological differences and bond over nature programming, while Dick's plan to get Marty in shape backfires and results in an injury that brings Larry face-to-face with the realities of Earth's healthcare system.

  • Challoweenukah
    When Larry hears the story of Chanukah, he becomes instantly enamored with the holiday and announces that he wants to combine his two favorite holidays - Halloween and Chanukah - to create "Challoweenukah." When no one shows up for the first seven nights of the new holiday, Larry decides to publicize it by giving out candy to kids at the local playground, getting him in trouble with the police. Meanwhile, Marty and Debbie's arch-nemesis couple challenges them to a family Halloween costume contest.

  • Any Friggin' Sunday
    As football season consumes the rest of the Weaver household, Debbie focuses on Amber's relationship with Reggie. With the help of Jackie, the mothers set up a secret romantic date for their eldest children. Meanwhile, Larry decides golf is a boring and pointless game and endeavors to replace the sport for the community with football, wardrobe and all.

  • We Jumped The Shark [Tank]
    Debbie's dream of appearing on the TV show "Shark Tank" comes true, with a little help from her neighbors but she quickly realizes she is in over her head. Meanwhile, Marty is hooked on a video game while Abby seeks Amber's help for a dance recital.

  • Good Debbie Hunting
    Debbie wants to go back to business school but is weak in math, so Dick volunteers to be her tutor while Marty agrees to help around the house. Meanwhile, Jane returns with a devious plan to win over Reggie and Amber is faced with a decision on what she is willing to do to keep Reggie.

  • Thanksgiving Is No Schmuck Bait
    Marty and Debbie's hoped for peaceful family holiday is turned upside down when Marty's parents reveal they are getting divorced. Not to be left out, Jackie's parents arrive from Zabvron and proceed to rip into their son-in-law Larry about how he is taking care of their little girl.

  • Supreme Like Me
    A flood in the Weaver's basement results in Jackie's parents helping to cleanup, and introducing Marty and Debbie to what it is like to have loving and supportive parents. The downside is the hurt Jackie feels when her plans to spend time with her parents falls through. Meanwhile, Larry decides an entry level job is not for him, but his rejections and his new friends lead him to a moment of clarity.

  • A Christmas Story
    Larry seeks revenge against Debbie when she ruins his Christmas surprise for Dick. Reggie and Amber take their gifts to each other very seriously.

  • Fear And Loving In New Jersey
    After Jackie and Larry are mugged, the Weavers try to teach them safety. The Bird-Kersee's as expected, overreact. Meanwhile, Jane once again imposes herself between Amber and Reggie while Max decides to emulate his heroes from Jackass.

  • High School Reunion
    Marty and Debbie's 25th high school reunion provides an opportunity to demonstrate how well their lives have turned out to their former classmates, but everything is not as rosy as it would seem. Meanwhile, the three youngest kids try to get Amber and Reggie back together, at least as friends.

  • Man, Actually
    While Debbie struggles on her first day at school, Marty tries to comfort Amber after her breakup with Reggie. Meanwhile, the Zabvronian males are having their yearly "cycles", and Dick is acting out because he is not the center of attention.

  • You've Lost That Larry Feeling
    Debbie invites her student friends over to study and tries to be the cool older sister, despite her maternal instincts. Larry visits Jackie at her workplace and gets jealous of her co-worker while Amber and Reggie continue to struggle with their breakup.

  • Oscar Party
    Marty and Debbie throw an Oscar party to reunite with their old friends from Bayonne but the Bird-Kersees take over as usual. Amber pushes Abby into trying out for the hockey team after hearing sexist comments from some of the parents.

  • Balle Balle!
    Larry gets invited to a traditional Indian wedding, and as usual he goes over the top for his "gift". When the Weavers attempt to dissuade him, he ignores them and plans an elaborate group song and dance performance. Meanwhile, Marty and Debbie have free time on their hands and soon realize they are boring by themselves.

  • A Night In [Lou Ferrigno's Hibachi] Heaven
    Marty and Debbie plan a night out to escape the rut they are in and the Bird-Kersees decide to do the same. Dick has an unexpected reaction to the babysitter.

  • Uncle Benjamin
    Debbie's mother Janet invites her to San Diego to meet her new "special" friend. Debbie decides to take the entire family with her as a vacation, and includes the Bird-Kersees as well. What she discovers is not what she expects.

  • Close Encounters Of The Bird Kind
    Marty and Debbie's joy for their bowling night dissipates when their teammates put victory above fun. Larry faces trouble from his father due to the lack of accomplishments during Larry's tenure. Dick looks for more adult friends.

  • All That Jazzy Jeff
    Larry's brother arrives on Earth and Larry suspects he has come to convince the Zabvronians to return home. Debbie is ecstatic when Amber starts confiding in her.

  • There Goes The Neighbors' Hood
    After learning he is pregnant, Larry struggles with the decision whether to stay or return home. Reggie and Amber discuss Reggie's possible future as a human while the Weavers lament the possible loss of their best friends.
