Down The Rabbit Hole
Alice returns home to her father telling her that everyone thought she was dead. Her imaginative stories about a talking White Rabbit and a mystical place called Wonderland end up getting her admitted into an asylum where Dr. Lydgate convinces her to have a procedure that will allow her to forget her pain. Right before the operation is set to take place she is rescued by the Knave of Hearts who takes her to the rabbit who informs her that her true love Cyrus is still alive. As the trio then jumps into the portal returning to Wonderland, Alice sets out on a quest to find him but the villainous Jafar and the Red Queen have other plans for her.

Trust Me
In Wonderland, Alice concocts a plan to find Cyrus and uses his genie bottle as bait to find out who she's up against and who her real friends are. Meanwhile, the Red Queen and Jafar face off and in flashback, viewers find out how Alice and Cyrus fell in love and how Cyrus ends up in Wonderland.

Forget Me Not
In a flashback, viewers are introduced to Will Scarlet, who turns out to be the nifty Knave of Hearts. Will has joined Robin Hood's Merry Men and convinces them to steal gold from Maleficent's castle before also pilfering an enchanted looking glass for himself that comes with a hefty consequence. Meanwhile in Wonderland, Cyrus successfully tricks Jafar and the Red Queen into sending a Bandersnatch after Alice who in turn exposes something the White Rabbit has been secretly hiding.

The Serpent
The Red Queen captures the Knave of Hearts and Jafar insists that she prove her strength for the task ahead by killing her former lover. Meanwhile, Alice meets up with a rogue, Lizard, who trained with the Knave and is eager to help rescue him. And in the past, a young Jafar is taken in by the sorceress Amara and grasps his destiny.

Heart Of Stone
The Red Queen approaches Alice and asks for her help to recover magic dust to protect her against Jafar. In return she offers to guide Alice to Cyrus. Meanwhile Jafar abducts the White Rabbit and forces him to reveal those that Alice loves. In the past, Will and Anastasia come to wonderland but are forced to live in poverty until Anastasia decides to steal the Crown Jewels.

Who's Alice
Jafar travels to Victorian England to find a weakness that he can use against Alice. Meanwhile, the newly-restored Knave seeks out Alice, who has fallen afoul of a beguiling trap. And in the past, Alice returns home after losing Cyrus and is reunited with her father Edwin... and meets his new wife and daughter.

Bad Blood
Jafar brings Edwin to Wonderland in a ploy to trick Alice into using another of her wishes. Meanwhile, Alice tries to enter Jafar's palace, and in the past, Young Jafar's mother dies and sends him to his real father: the Sultan. However, the Sultan is less than happy to see him.

Home
Alice seeks to reunite with Cyrus and find out why the Rabbit betrayed her... unaware that the Queen is bringing Cyrus to her for her own purposes. In the past, Cyrus realizes that Alice needs a home and that her existence with him puts her life at risk.

Nothing To Fear
Lizard finds the Knave's new bottle and he is forced to grant her three wishes. Meanwhile, Cyrus and Alice reluctantly ally with the Red Queen to find the Knave, and Jafar gains an ally of his own as he takes the Queen's palace and declares himself the new ruler of Wonderland.

Dirty Little Secrets
The Jabberwocky captures the Red Queen and the Knave, and does whatever it takes to force the Queen to make her wishes so Jafar can take the lamp. Meanwhile, Cyrus and Alice seek out the Well of Wonders so they can lift the curse on Cyrus' brothers, preventing Jafar from casting his spell. As they travel, Cyrus remembers how he and his brothers were cursed to become genies.

Heart Of The Matter
Jafar discovers that his plan won't work unless the Knave regains his heart. Alice and Cyrus set out to get the heart first, a quest that takes them to Storybrooke. Meanwhile, in the past Cora, the Queen of Hearts, offers to teach Anastasia how to achieve her true potential.

To Catch A Thief
Jafar convinces the Knave to recover his snake staff so that he can change the laws of magic... and bring back the Red Queen. In the past, Alice and Will meet for the first time and Alice is soon trying to recover her new friend's heart.

And They Lived...
Jafar finally gains the power he has always sought, the power to change the laws of magic. While Cyrus and Amara set off to the Well of Wonders to break the genies' curse, Alice and the Rabbit raise an army to stop Jafar from conquering Wonderland.
