Meena and Danielle are the first to hear from the Operator, right before the bomber strikes. The Operator gives Meena and Danielle their first tasks as they start the race in catching the bomber before sundown. Meena's teammate Joel and Danielle's teammate Delvaughn are brought into the game as the teams start their missions. The teams head to the Fishermen's Terminal in search of 'The Suspect.' Danielle and Delvaughn reach the boat first, quickly jumping into their wet suits to open the lock box. Joel and Meena reach the boat and it's a race against time as the water rises while each of the teams try to unlock their next clue. Joel and Meena track the bomber down at Pike Place Market, while Danielle and Delvaughn are eliminated from the game. Joel and Meena find the explosives that the bomber left behind and it's up to them to disarm it. The team is unable to beat the clock, but luckily the bomb was a decoy. At the Space Needle, Meena makes a choice which puts Joel in charge of finding four flags on the outer halo on the Space Needle. Joel overcomes his fear of heights and is able to retrieve the clues but Meena has to climb for the remaining three flags. The team figures out that the bomber's next target is at Gasworks Park and the Operator calls the police to report their findings. Even though the bomber is caught, the game isn't over yet. In an unexpected turn of events, Meena and Joel are suddenly faced against one another. The two are quizzed on details from the day and Joel comes out on top. The Operator then gives Joel a final decision- to take the money or to split it with his teammate Meena. Joel makes his decision and decides to split it with Meena and the team walks away with the $35,000 cash prize.

  • The Conspiracy

A car chase through the square catches their attention, and soon the Operator pairs Jason with Kristi and Joey with Cassie, before sending them to the Westlake Plaza. The teams find banners left behind the chemical company and have to piece them together to know where to run next. Joey and Cassie spot the trolley first while the other team is tipped off by the Operator. At the next stop, the teams hop off to check out their next form of transportation at the end of the dock - helicopters. The teams have to use the equipment on the plane to decipher the CEO's conversation to track his next move. Both teams are incorrect on their first two answers, and then Cassie and Joey correctly guess the University of Washington. Unfortunately for Kristi and Jason, the game is over for them. Cassie and Joey arrive at the environmentalist's headquarters and have to find out where the rally is taking place. The pair guesses the right GPS coordinates and leaves on their helicopter. On the ride over there, Cassie tries to encourage Joey to work harder since she solved the last two riddles. Joey disagrees with her accusation that he isn't working hard enough. The team arrives at the football field looking for the banner which may tell them about the conspiracy. The Operator tells Joey that if Cassie unravels the banner they'll get more money wired into their account than if he did it. Joey decides to have Cassie do it and she is pumped to get to work. Joey has to help Cassie get near the banner, but he struggles to swing her rope near the target. Finally, Cassie is able to reach the target and unravel the environmentalists' banner to reveal the conspiracy. The Operator interrupts the team's celebration when he tells them only one of them will be able to win the $50,000. The two have to answer trivia questions, but it is Cassie who wins.
