  • Fantasy Fest
    Rusty and the sculptors are hired by an eccentric hotel owner to help draw a crowd during Key West's annual Fantasy Fest celebration. They're under intense pressure to create a massive sculpture that's actually a target for a world-renowned, high-diving stuntman known as Professor Splash. In order to complete their amazing 60-ton sand sculpture for the spectacle, the team battles an ominous tropical storm and the interfering antics of the stuntman whose life is in their hands.

  • Las Vegas Rodeo Party
    Rusty and the sculptors are hired by a legendary rodeo champion to create an enormous sand sculpture for a party at the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas.

  • San Diego Safari
    A huge, animal-themed sand sculpture is built to promote a new attraction at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Rusty and the sculptors explore the park'ssprawling, open-air African exhibits, get intimate with giraffes and hand feed rhinos.

  • Sarasota Muscle Boats
    A massive sand sculpture is created to celebrate a muscle boat racing event in Sarasota, Florida.

  • Lord Of The Wind
    The team deal with severe winds, brittle sand and a creative dispute while building a Mexican-inspired, wind-theme sand sculpture for a big windsurfing and kite-boarding competition in Baja, Mexico.

  • The Firewalkers Of Fiji
    Rusty and the sculptors travel to tropical Fiji to create an elaborate sand sculpture for a firewalking event. The Outrigger Resort, known for preserving and celebrating Fijian history, has hired the sculptors to help celebrate the resorts 65th anniversary.

  • South Pacific Sharks
    Rusty and the sculptors journey to exotic Palau to create a functional shark-themed bar made entirely of sand to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the local shark sanctuary. Coming face to face with circling sharks while scuba diving in the crystal clear sea.
