12 hairstylists meet and greet one another before being challenged to style hair while wearing blindfolds. They must also interpret memorable coiffures of famed cartoon characters.

  • The Best Oranges In The County
The contestants' skill with scissors is tested when they must create a sexy cut for very short hair. Then, they must style the tresses of the demanding domestic divas from The Real Housewives of Orange County.

  • Red Carpet Worthy?
The contestants must style extremely long hair (some that even flows to the floor) without cutting a single strand. In the elimination heat, they must create glamorous hairdos for a red-carpet gala.

  • Do It Yourself
The battling barbers rotate from client to client in a salon-based game of musical chairs. Later, they must actualize hot styles that clients can easily re-create.

  • It Looks Like A Helmet
The hairstylists are in rough waters when they're charged to shape the hair of surfer dudes. Then, they develop looks for prematurely balding women by utilizing customized wigs.

  • Hair From Heaven
Kate Jackson, host Jaclyn Smith's costar in the series "Charlie's Angels," appears as a guest judge when the hairstylists must reinvent notable looks from that '70s show. Before that, however, the contestants must work with hair color.

  • Every Dog Has His Day
The "ruff" get going when the hairstylists must create looks for pet owners and their dogs. Before that, the group utilizes goods found in a kitchen cabinet to style hair. Celebrity stylist Robert Hallowell is the guest judge.

  • Surprise!
The hairstylists must create back-to-school looks for a group of active 5-year-olds. Later, they must style the hair of their significant others. Celebrity stylists Dean Banowetz and David Babaii are the guest judges.

  • Seeing Double
The four super cutters are victims of a surprise twist involving identical twins. Then, the group must whip up inventive coiffures, marrying them with showy clothes for a photo shoot. Magazine editor Linda Wells and stylist Jose Eber are the guest judges.

  • The Final Cut
The final trio must cut, color and style the hair of various models ranging from ages 16 to 60. In addition, magazine editor Linda Wells appraises the contestants' portfolios and overall season performances, and celebrity stylist Sally Hershberger is on hand as the guest judge.
