Some Like It Hotter The bidders make the long trek to hot Palm Desert, Cal., where a few locals give Rene a run for his money and Mary is tempted to spend beyond her budget. Also: Jarrod and Brandi find themselves relying on some unreliable help. Lock The Vote! The buyers travel to San Diego, where Darrell worries he may have won a dud. Meanwhile, Mary tries to get in touch with her inner Californian; Ivy comes across a cross-dressing locker; and Jarrod and Brandi hope their good-luck streak continues. All Bid And No Bite The day starts off rough in Rancho Palos Verdes, Cal. Included: Mary struggles to stay on budget and learns a tough lesson about Dave. Also: Rene unleashes a secret strategy; Jarrod and Brandi employ old-school style. Just Deserts The buyers hunt for treasures in the desert town of Indio, Cal., where Ivy employs a dastardly tactic to rouse the competition and Mary finds herself traveling well out of her comfort zone. Also: Rene steps up his game; at the same time, Darrell tries to score despite Brandon's sour mood. Auctions And Allies The team return to Koreatown for an auction and Brandi keeps an eye on Jarrod in order to buy a good locker. Also: Ivy and Mary form a surprising alliance and Rene buys units that may not pay out. Palm Springs Throwdown The buyers visit Palm Springs where Ivy focuses on a high roller locker. Elsewhere, the high temperatures impact Rene, Dan and Dave while Mary holds her own against her competition. Young Gun, Old Tricks Jarrod and Ivy battle between buying sprees; Mary gets metaphysical help; and Rene waits until the last moment before bidding as the team visits Santa Ana. The School Of Hard Knock-Knocks The buys visit a college town and squabble over the quantity and quality of items. Elsewhere: Mary lashes out as Jarrod and Brandi bring a new member into the team. An Auction Too Far The buyers struggle in Santa Ana and head to an auction in Hawaiian Gardens looking for more success.
