Phil and Leo prepare to prank Dean Blackman. Dawn, determined to not let anything ruin her night, patrols the building. Mark challenges Grace to confront her penchant for younger men. Mark decides to set Grace up with a real John Wayne type.

Part 3
Clean Gene arrives at Mr. Abramson's warehouse with a surprise for Pedro and Pedro. Gene confesses he wants more out of life. Pedro acts as life coach with sage advice for Gene. Phil and Leo have a run-in with Dawn.

Part 4
