  • Pilot
    True Jackson, a teenager who loves fashion, becomes an executive at a major fashion label in New York City. She begins her first day at work and encounters cliques and mean girls, just like in high school, and soon she realizes that the corporate world isn't very different from high school.

  • Firing Lulu
    True must decide whether to fire Lulu as her assistant after she makes a mistake with one of True's projects.

  • Babysitting Dakota
    True must look after a model who is difficult.

  • Ryan On Wheels
    True must design items for pro skateboarder Ryan Sheckler, so she and Lulu do some undercover research dressed as boys. Elsewhere, Amanda doesn't want to drive away her newest assistant, so she makes an effort to be nice.

  • Telling Amanda
    Ryan, Lulu and True discover that Amanda's boyfriend is being unfaithful and they let her know, which results in True getting more work. Meanwhile, Lulu assists Max's accountant on a project and becomes convinced that the man is Santa Claus.

  • The Prototype
    When Lulu needs a dress for a school dance, True unknowingly lends her one that is a prototype. True also gets Jimmy's band a gig at the dance and receives a meaningful thank-you kiss from Jimmy in return.

    Amanda gets ready for her high-school reunion and goes overboard with beauty treatments. Meanwhile, True and her pals learn Amanda was a teenage nerd when they find her old yearbook.

  • True Takes Iceland
    True and Amanda compete to see whose designs will impress an Icelandic retail chain. Meanwhile, Ryan pretends he's a vice president, hoping to win the affections of a model.

  • True Matchmaker
    True plays matchmaker when she sets Max up with her school librarian. Elsewhere, Amanda and Oscar discover they love the same TV show.

  • The Rival
    True gets an offer to work for Max's archenemy in the fashion world.

  • Company Retreat
    Max decides his employees need to do some team building, so he turns the office into a jungle so they can attempt some trust exercises.

  • Keeping Tabs
    True abuses her company credit card and must answer to the accounting department.

  • Red Carpet
    A dress that True designs for a celebrity gets harshly criticized by an entertainment reporter, prompting True to cleverly take another shot at making a first impression.

  • Switcheroo
    In an attempt to expand his employees' skills and knowledge beyond their own departments, Max temporarily assigns everyone a different job.

  • True Intrigue
    While in Africa, Max uncovers an earth-friendly fabric, and True has to keep it a secret until her company can share the info with the world.

  • Amanda Hires A Pink
    he mean girls at True's school show up at Mad Style and intimidate her, so Amanda takes advantage of the situation and hires their leader, Pinky, as her assistant. True then loses focus and makes an error at work, which she tries to rectify in a creative way.

  • Max Mannequin
    Max seeks help from True and her friends in coming up with a creative way to propose to his girlfriend. When True and Ryan head out to pick up the ring, but they run into a little trouble involving a cop - and a mannequin.

  • The Wedding
    True take charge of Max's wedding after his wedding planner quits.

  • House Party
    True has trouble balancing work with her social life when an office project runs late on the night of Mickey J's party. Meanwhile, Lulu wants to know how Mickey J really feels about her, and Ryan attempts to impress a female classmate.

  • Back To School, Parts 1 & 2
    True's dream assignment of creating a special window display coincides with the beginning of a new school year, and True soon finds she has difficulty balancing work and school. Things then get worse when True gets detention.

  • Fashion Week
    A committee chairman dismisses Mad Style from participating in Fashion Week, but True doesn't let that stop her from presenting the dress she created for a special Young Designers Showcase.

  • True Crush
    True wants Jimmy to ask her to the Last Minute Ball, but realizes she has some competition when a new model starts working at Mad Style.

  • The Hotshot
    True is initially excited that another teen fashion designer is joining the Mad Style staff, but when she learns he's a schemer, she sets out to expose him. Elsewhere, Ryan recruits Lulu to help him cram for his summer-school final exam.

  • The Wedding
    Max plans to get married at the city zoo, and True and Amanda vie to design the bridal gown. Then the wedding planner quits, and True tries to save the day from becoming a disaster.

  • The Dance
    Ryan and Jimmy are warned to beware of the ghost of an old receptionist when they film a scary movie at Mad Style after hours. Elsewhere, True and Amanda disagree over casting a model, and Lulu worries that her boyfriend is interested in someone else.
