The contestants get makeovers from Tim Gunn and Ken Paves, and then they reunite with loved ones to show them their new looks. Later, the loved ones join the contestants to compete in a Last Chance Challenge. A powerful and possibly game-changing prize is won by a contestant, and it puts a fellow contestant at a disadvantage. The players compete in their final challenge, which involves taking on and shedding the weight they've lost. The winner of the $250,000 prize is crowned in the Season 17 finale, and the eliminated players return to weigh in for the $100,000 at-home prize.
