Australia
Half a world away there's a magical, wide-open adventure call Australia. Bridget takes us along on her tour of the Land Down Under and shows us some of the most beautiful coastline Mother Nature has to offer. Bridget travels up the Southeast Coast from the sophisticated city of Sydney to the sand-swept islands off Noosa. Highlights include a front-row seat at the Manly Beach Surf Lifesaving Carnival competition, boomerang lessons with the locals, camel rides, sand tobogganing and playing a bikini-clad meter maid for a day at Surfer's Paradise.

Croatia
On the eastern shores of the Adriatic Sea lies one of the most beautiful and mysterious coastlines in the world. The beaches of Croatia invite Bridget and her friend, Sara Underwood, Playboy Playmate of the Year 2007, to revel in the most exotic adventures this Slavic paradise has to offer. Cliff-diving, mud baths, plane rides, local wining and dining and skinny-dipping make Croatia perhaps the sexiest and most unexpected beach getaway.

Jamaica
Where does the laid-back rhythm of Reggae music meet the cool sophistication of a James Bond novel? Jamaica, of course. Bridget swims with dolphins; braves a mystic mountain bobsled ride; indulges in some local rum; and breaks free to the beat of the steel drum. Not only is this a place to absorb unique island culture, Jamaica is home to some of the hottest beaches Bridget has ever been to.

Turks & Caicos
Bridget soaks up the rays on the gleaming white-sand beaches alongside the turquoise waters of Turks and Caicos. A beach-side bikini photo shoot, a pirate's cove and a full-moon fiesta make the days hot and the nights even hotter. Only 600 miles from Miami, these islands are full of adventure and sexy beaches.

Thailand
Thailand is a land of mountainous jungles bordered by thousands of miles of spectacular beaches made of fine, white sand that squeaks when you walk on it. Bridget Marquardt and her friend Cara Zavaleta (Playboy Playmate, November 2004) escape to Phuket, Thailand, where Bridget cuddles up to a cobra on Karon Beach, survives a harrowing parasailing experience, and rides an elephant through the jungle. Southern California

Miami is truly the place where the days are hot and the nights are even hotter. Bridget gets an inside look at the Miami Beach lifestyle from Miss Miami 2009 Jenice Fernandez, Miss Suncoast 2009 Rachel Todd, and famous sun worshipper, actor George Hamilton. Highlights include yachting through the Miami canals, hanging out at 5th and Ocean, racing through the Everglades, and partying Miami-style at the Fontainebleau.

Playa Jaco, Costa Rica
Just two hours from Costa Rica's capital city of San Jose on the central Pacific coast, you'll find Playa Jaco, a world-class surfing destination, and the country's most popular beach. Bridget and her friend, Amber Campisi (Playboy's Miss February 2005), head to Latin America to get a taste of "pura vida" or the "pure life." The girls explore the laid-back beach community of Montezuma, take a breezy ride to the white-sand beaches of Isla Tortuga, hit the waves kayak surfing at Playa Hermosa, and face off with a fiery "flaming cucaracha."

Arenal, Cost Rica
Known best for its adrenaline-pumping outdoor activities and majestic, rumbling volcano, Arenal is a part of Costa Rica not to be missed. Lush rainforests, nature reserves and calming waters offer a perfect destination for both relaxation and fun. Bridget and Amber Campisi (Playboy's Miss February 2005) travel inland to explore the rivers, waterfalls and mineral springs of La Fortuna.
