Back To Pazsaz Entertainment Network's Can You Duet? Page Open Auditions On the premiere episode, thousands of hopefuls line the streets of downtown Nashville and wait for their chance to audition for the judges. Single acts must find partners, and duos who do not make the cut may be split up with the option to try again. Selecting 25 After a recap of the previous auditions, both established and newly-paired duos continue to audition for the judges. The final selections are made, and 25 duos are chosen to continue in the competition through workshop week. Workshop, Week 1 This week, 13 duos receive personal mentoring from acclaimed vocal coach and Can You Duet judge Brett Manning. The following day, the duos must perform in front of the judging panel and face elimination. Workshop, Week 2 This week, 12 more duos receive personal mentoring from award-winning songwriter and Can You Duet judge Aimee Mayo. The following day, the duos must perform in front of the judging panel and face elimination. 12 Duets Become Eight This week, only 12 duos remain to receive personal mentoring from country superstar and Can You Duet judge Naomi Judd. The following day, all 12 duos must perform in front of the judging panel. The judges will then narrow the field to final eight duos. Eight Duets Perform This week, the final eight duos perform on stage at the Wildhorse Saloon with a full band and standing-room only audience. The judges eliminate one duo at the end of the show. Seven Duets Down To Six This week, the final seven duos perform on stage at the Wildhorse Saloon with a full band and standing-room only audience. The judges eliminate one duo at the end of the show. Six Duets Cut To Five The last six duos perform at Nashville's Wildhorse Saloon, and one is eliminated. Five Duets Down To Four The final five duos perform at Nashville's Wildhorse Saloon, and one duo is eliminated. The Final Three The final four duos perform at Nashville's Wildhorse Saloon, and one is eliminated. And The Winner Is... A winner is chosen in the first-season finale
