College Hill: Interns  premiered on BET on October 23, 2007. This series delves into the interpersonal and business dynamics of the students living and learning as they embark on an exciting summer job. While the internship focuses on education, employment and entrepreneurship, the cast will participate in challenges and charitable activities that will strengthen their marketable jobs skills and test their work ethic. They will also learn management skills, marketing techniques, event planning, publicity and corporate communications, community outreach and special projects all while balancing the fun of living in the house with ten strangers and enjoying the spoils of summer in the city! Will the students be able to handle a real job, or will they submit to the social pressures of the Windy City?
