At the cast house, dramas include an emotional breakdown and a trip to the emergency room. Hip Hop The hip-hop dance discipline tests the remaining contestants. But before that, they participate in a punishing, pound-shedding climb to the very top of a Los Angeles building. Sum-Sumatime Summer's not a bummer when the contestants partake in sunny summer activities, including a pool workout and a backyard barbecue featuring healthy fare. But the heat's on when they must also face their fear of wearing bathing suits. Fancy Footwork The contestants must measure up in technically difficult ballroom-dance disciplines.
