 |  Dancing With The Stars Episodes, Season 23Back To Pazsaz Entertainment Network's Dancing With The Stars Page The 23rd-season opener begins with 13 celebrities, including Ryan Lochte; Rick Perry; Amber Rose; Laurie Hernandez; Kenny Babyface Edmonds; Marilu Henner; and Vanilla Ice. The 13 celebrities get ready to dance to some of their favorite TV theme songs as TV Night comes. The first elimination of the season will take place. An exciting, brand-new theme night comes to the show, as the 12 remaining celebrities find themselves pitted against each other in a quest to keep themselves immune from elimination. Based on the viewers' votes and the judges' scores from last night's show, one of the six low-scoring couples from Face Off night will be exiting the ballroom. One of the biggest shows "Dancing with the Stars" has ever put on will unfold on the ballroom floor, as the 11 remaining celebrities perform big spectacle dances for Cirque du Soleil night. The third elimination of the season will take place live. The nine remaining celebrities will set out to leave a lasting impression with their dances as they commemorate their most memorable year. The nine remaining celebrities ready themselves for one of the hottest nights in the ballroom - Latin Night - with each celebrity performing either a rumba, salsa, samba, paso dobl?, cha cha or Argentine tango. The eight remaining celebrities will dance to some of the most popular songs throughout the decades For the first round of the competition, each of the seven remaining couples will perform an individual Halloween-themed routine in a dance style not yet danced. The highest-scoring couple from the first round will receive immunity, cannot be eliminated and does not have to compete in the Dance Off, and will also receive an additional five points added to their judges scores. The remaining six couples will dance off against each other, either dancing a cha cha, salsa or jive. The winner of each dance off will receive an additional three points added to their judges scores. At the end of the night, one couple will be eliminated. The six remaining celebrities will dance two show-stopping dances - one from some of the hottest Broadway musicals, and a second where they are paired up for a Team-Up Challenge. Each couple will dance two dances - one being a style the couple has not danced to yet, and the second being a Trio Dance, in which each celebrity couple will dance with a third dancer. For the Trio Dance, Laurie Hernandez will dance with Valentin Chmerkovskiy and Maksim Chmerkovskiy; James Hinchcliffe will dance with Sharna Burgess and Jenna Johnson; Calvin Johnson Jr. will dance with Lindsay Arnold and Witney Carson; Terra Jol? will dance with Sasha Farber and Artem Chigvintsev; and Jana Kramer will dance with Gleb Savchenko and Alan Bersten. It's one of the closest races ever on the show, with some of the most skilled dancing celebrity contestants have ever pulled off. At the end of the night, one couple will be eliminated. The remaining three couples will have one last night of competitive dancing as they perform a "24-Hour Fusion Challenge," vying to score some extra judges' points, and one couple will be crowned the "Dancing with the Stars" champion, culminating an incredible season, which will be announced live from The Grove.
