Jane waits for Grayson to awaken from his coma. Elsewhere, Jane is assigned a hit-and-run case involving a celebrity bad boy; and Kim represents a former client who's suing her ex for a postdivorce hookup.
False Alarm
Grayson asks Jane to help plan his wedding; Kim picks up a case in which a plastic-surgery center is being sued for a model's death; Stacy and Fred decide to move forward in their relationship; and a woman sues Teri's new fireman boyfriend for injuries sustained during her rescue.
Dream Big
Jane represents the mother of a dwarf in a case against a sperm bank, all the while fretting over an impulsive personal choice; Grayson's bachelor party at a gentleman's club lands him a new client; Stacy's questions about Fred's past spurs him to hire a co-worker to pretend to be his mother; and Parker tries to get Kim to rejoin the firm.
The Wedding
Jane is mugged while picking up Grayson's wedding rings and later ends up representing the gunman. Meanwhile, Grayson takes on a case involving a childhood friend of Parker's and his pet camel; and Teri treats Vanessa and Grayson to dance lessons.
Prom
Jane represents a lesbian couple suing for the right to attend their prom. Elsewhere, Jane learns her relationship with Dr. Kendal is not exclusive; Kim and Grayson take on Hank the bailiff's suit against his mail-order bride; and Stacy is jealous when Fred is offered a commercial gig.
Closure
Jane works pro bono on a murder case for the DA's office, where she learns that old Jane used to work and had a tryst with the current DA. Elsewhere, Grayson represents Stacy when a mother accuses her of persuading her teen to purchase products via her video blog; and Parker thinks Kim is dating, so he asks Fred to snoop.
Mothers Day
Jane's mom gets arrested when she uses an airplane's emergency exit; Grayson talks Deb's mom into suing a casino when it uses a photo of Deb in a distasteful ad campaign; and Kim gives Fred relationship advice.
He Said, She Said
Jane and Grayson clash when Jane represents a college student who accuses someone from Grayson's alma mater of date rape; and Jenna tricks Kim into assisting in her divorce settlement.
You Bet Your Life
Jane represents a former sorority-house mother who lost her entire savings at a local casino and wants to prove that the casino is responsible for the loss. Meanwhile, Parker and Kim represent a botanist who cultivated a rare flower and is now fighting her former employer, a museum, for the rights to the plant.
Toxic
Jane represents an engineer who claims a school is going to be built on toxic soil. But the construction company handling the build is one of the firm's most important clients, and Parker orders Jane to drop the case. Meanwhile, Teri is sued for slander for verbally attacking her high-school nemesis.
Ah, Men
Parker represents his ex-girlfriend against an insurance company that refuses to pay out her father's life-insurance policy. Meanwhile, Kim falls for a controversial pastor who lands in jail while trying to help the poor; and Fred and Stacy face an uncertain future after he sees her kissing her costar.
Bride-A-Palooza
A bride-to-be sues a bridal store after she is seriously injured during a sale stampede. Meanwhile, the co-owner of a medieval-themed dinner theater tries to prevent her brother from selling the family business; and Parker hires his ex-girlfriend as a temp.
Change Of Heart
Jane and Kim provide legal advice to a death-row inmate who wants to donate his heart to his dying sister. Meanwhile, Grayson defends Stacy against her costar and former lover; Kim asks Parker to make her a partner in the firm; and Owen invites Jane to join him on a one-year sailing adventure in New Zealand.
