Episode 401
An excited Koshka Blagburn learns that the Million Dollar Mission has returned and she will have four one million dollar cases on the board, upping her chances of picking a case with the top prize. The music loving contestant receives support via telephone from Aretha Franklin demanding a little R.E.S.P.E.C.T. from the banker. Also, "The Biggest Loser" trainers Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper and Broadway casting director Bernard Telsey tempt Blagburn make surprise appearances with special offers that are only good if she goes all the way to the final case.

Episode 402
Seven months pregnant, Jessica Robinson plays the Million Dollar Mission with five one million dollar cases on the board, upping her chances of picking a case with the top prize. Little does her husband know, one of the cases carries a secret - the gender of her baby, which she reveals to her husband and family during the show.

Episode 403
Contestant Gary Cote receives a special NASCAR package presented by race car driver Jimmy Johnson. Cote will have to choose between a life long dream and a selfless act for his family. This high-energy match of nerves, instincts and raw intuition will test this truckers valor.

Episode 404
Physical education teacher and avid video game player, Chris Williams from Detroit, Michigan gets surprised with a three one million dollar cases on the board. During the game the banker offers him a deal that every gamer wantsto be immortalized in a video game. Also playing tonight is Chicago, Illinois native Maryann Vazquez, who gets four one million dollar cases on her board too and confesses to Howie that she has a thing for bald men.

Episode 405
Tommy Knowlton is a pharmacy technician and he is by every definition a "ladies man." With five one million dollar cases on the board and his odds of winning increased, Knowlton plans to use the money to finish school and buy his parents a new house.

Episode 406
Newly married Layna Dugan from Kansas City, Kansas learns that Howie has one last wedding gift for her, she is playing in the million dollar mission with six one million dollar cases added to the board. With this exciting news she hopes to walk down the aisle with the million dollars in hand and will be able to use the money to fix her broken down house.

Episode 407
Male nurse Richie Bell is surprised to learn that he is playing in the million dollar mission and that he will have seven one million dollar cases on the board. Used to being under pressure, Bell thinks he will be able to win the million dollars and allow him to stop sharing a room with his older brother.

Episode 408
Coleen Fowler from Woodbury, Minnesota is always willing to help others and she wants to win the million dollars in order to "pay it forward" to her two good friends. Howie helps increase the chances of her winning the top prize by revealing that she is playing in the Million Dollar Mission and eight one-million dollar cases are on the board.

Episode 409
Contestant Tomorrow Rodriguez from Maple Shade, New Jersey gets a surprise when Howie tells her she is playing in the Million Dollar Mission with nine one-million dollar cases on the board. Struggling and working hard all her life, Rodriguez hopes to win the million so her family doesn't have to worry about money and she can finally go on a honeymoon with her husband.

Episode 421
Contestant Vinny LaSalvia from Newark, NJ tries his luck at an exhilarating game of chance and odds that will hopefully make him a millionaire. LaSalvia is a hard working Italian family man who wants to make sure his family is taken care of financially -- and possibly buy himself his dream car, a cherry red classic Corvette.

Episode 422
Lucky contestants Frank Ross from Canfield, Ohio, Odalys Piedra from Culver City, California, Andre Vanchot from Derby, Connecticut and Danielle Carranza from Cochella, California are playing in a special speed game. The pressure mounts as each contestant has only twenty seconds to decide if they will take the Banker's offer or continue to play for the million dollar prize. Meanwhile, a challenge between the Banker and Howie emerges - if all the contestants combined win a million dollars the banker will have to take the plunge into a giant cake; if not, Howie will take the dive.

Episode 410
First up to play for the top prize of two million is Steve Smiley from Sparks, Nevada a father of two who works hard at a trucking and shipping company during the week while selling hot dogs on the weekend. Also playing tonight is teacher Tia Lampone from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania who tries to teach the fist-bumping Howie her own greeting style. Lampone wants to win enough money to pay off her college loans and start a college fund for her young son.

Episode 411
Contestant Tia Lampone is anxious to finish her game in this high-energy match of nerves, instincts and raw intuition. Also Robert Arellano from Folsom, California begins his game with an additional case on his board worth two million dollars. Arellano suffered with polio as a child and has spent most of his life in a wheel chair and would like to win enough money to make his house "handi-capable," in addition to paying for his daughter's wedding.

Episode 413A
Family man, Jimmy Dolan from Fort Collins, Colorado hopes to win the top prize so he can buy two new cars, as well as start a college fund for his children. The case models join in the festivities as they compete in a variety of Thanksgiving eating contests.

Episode 413B
Ashley Otte from Randolph, Minnesota is a hard working college student hoping to go home with enough money to pay off her student loans and start enjoying college life. Otte mistakenly reveals to Howie that her biggest fear is turkeys, which leads the Banker to put her family in a cage with eight live turkeys.

Episode 417
Father to thirteen kids, James Calhoun will be rotating rounds with his daughter Gina and son Joshua. James wants to give his family an extravagant Christmas, something he's never been able to do before. Next to play is Silver Star and Purple Heart recipient Matt Zedwick from Corvallis, Oregon. Newly married, Zedwick hopes to win enough money to take care of his new bride and buy a house. The giving does not end with the contestants - the audience receives an abundance of presents too.

Episode 412
Davon Clark from Dayton, Ohio begins his game with a case on the board worth two million dollars. During his game the stakes are raised when Clark is presented with a tempting offer from Los Angeles Laker, Kobe Bryant. Clark strives to win enough money for his wife to stop working both her jobs, in addition to winning a little bingo money for his Granny.

Episode 418
Contestant Brien Crowder from Antioch, Tennessee hopes his coaching skills will help him to take on this high-energy game of nerves, instincts and raw intuition. Crowder hopes to win the million dollars so that he can help pay for his two daughters' college educations, buy his first house and provide what his parents need to live comfortably. Next up, Tunde Oyeneyin of Katy, Texas tries for the top prize. She hopes to win the million-dollars so that she can help fix up her parents' house and open her own image consulting company.

Episode 419
Mandy Quigley from Diamond Bar, California makes a loud entrance as she rolls into the studio in her drag racing car. Quigley hopes to win enough money to marry her boyfriend, expand their new janitorial business and buy a house. Next to play is Diane Jorgenson who loves her life on the farm in Ledyard, Iowa. This high-energy grandmother of six wants to win the million so she can buy a new tractor, finish the work on her house and help put money towards her grandkids education.

Episode 420
Diane Jorgenson returns to finish her game in this high-energy match of nerves, instincts and raw intuition. Also playing tonight is musician David Lee from Kansas City, Missouri. A music lover to the core, Lee hopes to use his winnings to invest in his band, as well as pay off his debt and help his parents retire.

Episode 414
Single mom, Denise Kinard from Bronx, New York holds three Master's degrees in education and is hoping to win enough money to pay of her college loans and start her own preschool. Also playing tonight, Kim Jones a southern belle from DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She is determined not to let anything stand in her way of winning the top prize.

Episode 415
Kim Jones from Defuniak Springs, Florida continues her game with the million dollar case still in play. Jones is hoping for a big win tonight in order to start her own bakery. Next to play is Thomas Fritze a third generation math teacher from Apple Valley, Minnesota who is convinced that his superior math skills will improve his chances of beating the banker. Fritze is eager to win the top prize in order to move out of his parent's house and pay back his college loans.

Episode 416
Returning to finish his game, Thomas Fritze is a math savant who thinks he has the game figured out. In an attempt to disprove him, the Banker lets a monkey play off Fritze's board in another room. The challenge is to see if the monkey will beat Fritze by accepting a better offer. Next to play is Goretty Medeiros, a part-time bartender from Fall River, Massachusetts. Medeiros hopes to end a streak of bad luck and to win enough money to open her own bar.
