Work Sex
When an article about the sexual exploits of the staff at The Inn runs in a local New York magazine, Rhonda addresses her unruly staff's promiscuous behavior. Neal is singled out by the staff as being the main perpetrator of hooking up while on the job, and he tries to be on his best behavior despite some very enticing distractions. However, Rhonda finds she may need to heed her own advice as an unexpected love interest at work makes his interest known. Meanwhile, Gus helps Larry get his mojo back, and Molly gives Nicole advice on her modeling career.
Birdcage
When Neal decides to hang a life-sized birdcage in the bar of The Inn to put his top notch female staff on display, Rhonda warns him that his little stunt may be against hotel policy. Downstairs, Larry gives Gus insider information about female guests checking into the hotel so he can sweet talk them into tipping him better, but when Larry starts collecting a percentage of Gus's earnings their relationship takes on a whole new meaning. Meanwhile, Nicole has a meltdown when she realizes Neal has not asked her to work a shift in the birdcage, and Audrina Patridge from "The Hills" attempts to check into The Inn.
Dosing
When it comes time for performance bonuses to be given out to the staff at The Inn, everyone is on their best behavior to impress Rhonda and Neal. However, when Neal fires a bartender on the staff for no good reason, Rhonda is at his throat and they are sent into a stand-off fight, leaving little time to dedicate to allotting the staff's bonuses. As Larry, Nicole, Molly and Gus try to figure out how to reconcile Rhonda and Neal, the philandering owner of The Inn and his wife stop by the hotel for the weekend, and neither is shy about their affections for certain members of the staff. As the owner's wife pursues Neal, Rhonda steps in to try to save him from an intoxicating situation.
Satisfaction
A high-maintenance hotel client checks into The Inn and tries the patience of Nicole, Larry and Gus. The staff must do their best to bite their tongues despite the guest's discourteous antics, and Nicole, already on probation for bad behavior, plots to strike back at the snarky guest. Meanwhile, Rhonda is fed up with her recently-divorced friend taking over her apartment, and when Neal takes an interest in her, Rhonda attempts to keep the flame going by telling Neal her friend was underwhelmed with Neal's performance in bed and he should work on improving.
Pilot
When a top New York newspaper designates The Inn as one of New York's hippest hotels, Neal jumps on the opportunity to be the face of the hotel for the article. But when the hotel's crass owner comes to town, Neal must vie for his place in the limelight while keeping his hotel looking top-notch. Meanwhile, Rhonda looks after the staff as the upstairs front-desk girls injure themselves in the ridiculously high heels that Neal insists they wear, while she encourages stick-thin Nicole to eat an actual meal and urges Molly to stand up for herself when Neal lets her know Molly's full figure will prevent her from working upstairs.
