Celebrity Duets  premiered on FOX on August 29, 2006. This is is an unscripted series that pairs singing stars with celebrities outside the music industry to make beautiful music together. The show will follow the professional singers as they instruct their partners, choose songs and perform duets in front of a panel of judges and a live studio audience. After each episode, viewers will vote for their favorite duets. The winning pair will emerge from the competition in perfect harmony, while the losers definitely will have to change their tune.
