Breaking Up Is Hard to Do Terry and Rebecca prepare Isaiah and Wynnie for their first day of school. Later, they discuss plans for the future with Naomi and Jorge. So You Wanna Be A Superstar Rebecca gets a talent manager to help her pursue acting. Meanwhile, Terry decides to hire a nanny. California Dreaming? Terry pitches an idea for a new comedy character. Elsewhere, Naomi learns the ropes of cosmetology. Crossroads Tera is allowed to babysit but may take on more than she can handle. Elsewhere, Rebecca has a big audition, and Terry and Naomi go shopping for baby items. Flying The Coup Azriel has her first date but wants to keep it a secret. Elsewhere, Terry spends time with Jorge; and Rebecca kisses her acting partner during a scene. And The Beat Goes On Terry plans a birthday party for Terra while Rebecca is away at a women's retreat. At the party, Terry talks with Naomi's biological father about his views on Naomi's pregnancy. Moving On Up Terry lands a lead role in a sitcom that shoots in Connecticut. He tries to soften the blow of his absence by taking the family on a camping trip in a big RV, but the surprise trip doesn't turn out like he'd hoped. The Future Is Here The family reminisce during their camping trip before returning home to a surprise. Later, Rebecca shares her thoughts about Terry's upcoming absence.
