FBI agent Mark Benford and his partner, Demetri Noh, are in the middle of a car chase monitored by their boss, Stanford Wedeck, and colleague Janis Hawk; Mark's wife, Dr. Olivia Benford, is in the middle of surgery; Dr. Bryce Varley is weighing a potentially life-ending decision; Mark's friend, Aaron Stark, is working high above the ground on power lines; and Nicole Kirby - baby-sitter to Mark and Olivia's daughter, Charlie - is in the throes of passion with her boyfriend when suddenly, and without warning, every person on Earth blacks out for two minutes and seventeen seconds and sees a series of events from their own future, taking place on April 29, 2010 at 10:00 p.m., Pacific Time. For some the future will be joyous and hopeful; for others, shockingly unexpected; and for a few, it simply doesn't seem to exist. Everyone in the world will eventually begin chronicling what they saw in their flashforwards on a worldwide website - the Mosaic Collective - that will further draw people together. And some of the flashforwards just might help Mark and his colleagues piece together the cause of the blackout. Knowing their fate will alter each person's life in one way or another, and poses the questions: Can destiny be changed? And by changing just one destiny, what effect would that have on those of others? White To Play Mark and Demetri head to Utah to track down a suspect who may be connected to the global blackout, Olivia comes face-to-face with the man from her vision, and Mark and Olivia's daughter, Charlie, has trouble coping with the aftermath of her flashforward. 137 Sekunden Mark and Janis travel to Germany to speak with an imprisoned Nazi who claims to have knowledge about the blackouts, and an anonymous tip leads Demetri to believe his deepest fears about his future. Meanwhile, Aaron pleads with Mark to help him get the approval to have his daughter's body exhumed in order to re-test her DNA and confirm the identity of the remains. Black Swan Olivia struggles to accept Bryce's suggestion that a patient's flashforward holds the key to a correct diagnosis and treatment. Meanwhile, Demetri accuses Mark of waiting for the future he saw in his flashforward to come true without incident, while Mark feels Demetri is letting his fear of what he witnessed envelop his life; and Nicole returns to work as Mark and Olivia's daughter's baby-sitter, and discloses her shocking future vision - involving a murder. Gimme Some Truth Mark finds himself on the defense while being questioned about the details of his flashforward during a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing, which will decide whether to continue funding Wedeck's team. Meanwhile, Janis wonders how her flashforward will affect her current romantic relationship, and Olivia receives an anonymous message relating to Mark's flashforward. Scary Monsters And Super Creeps Mark, Demetri and Wedeck try to find a connection between Janis' attack and a separate attack made on them. Meanwhile, as Halloween approaches, Olivia confronts Mark about his flashforward, Demetri and Gough track down a clue that was foreshadowed in Mark's flashforward, Lloyd's son, Dylan, goes missing from the hospital, and the elusive Simon makes contact with a reluctant acquaintance. The Gift Mark, Demetri, Gough and MI6 agent Fiona Banks investigate a Blue Hand club and its possible connection to some recent suicides. Meanwhile, Aaron receives a surprise visit from a former army buddy of his late daughter's, Demetri comes clean with Zoey about his lack of a flashforward, and Nicole helps Bryce uncover the mystery of his flashforward while volunteering at the hospital. Playing Cards With Coyote Mark cuts his romantic getaway with Olivia short when a tip leads to the discovery of the tattooed assassin seen in his flashforward, Simon and Lloyd settle a debate over a game of poker, Aaron learns the truth about daughter Tracy's deadly accident, and Janis returns to work but debates her future with the department. Believe Bryce begins his search for the woman in his flashforward, Aaron becomes concerned over Tracy's odd behavior, Mark attempts to track down the person responsible for texting Olivia and outing his drinking during his flashforward vision, and Demetri's co-agents try to find the mysterious caller who forewarned him about his unfortunate fate. A561984 Against Wedeck's orders, Mark and Demetri travel to Hong Kong in search of the woman claiming to know details of Demetri's fate; Lloyd tries to come clean about his and Simon's involvement in the global blackout - against Simon's better judgment - and Zoey discovers the true meaning of her flashforward. What Did You See? Looks at what has transpired with the characters and what lies beyond. Previously, Mark was shocked to learn that he'd be the one who pulls the trigger and kills Demetri, so he'll do everything he can do avert this while he struggles between saving the world and saving his family. Meanwhile, as the date of his death grows nearer, Demetri wrestles with changing his future or accepting his fate and living out what's left of his life with fiance, Zoey; Lloyd was kidnapped after he and a reluctant Simon -- took responsibility for NLAP's experiments that caused the blackout; Olivia's life was spared after Lloyd sacrificed himself to protect her and was kidnapped; Simon volunteered to help the FBI with the Mosaic investigation; Bryce went to Japan to find Keiko -- the girl of his flashforward dreams -- but came back empty handed; Wedeck's trip to Washington, DC for Mosaic put him in the path of Senator Clemente, an old political enemy; Janis told Bryce that in her flashforward she was four months pregnant, which leaves little time for that vision to come true; Aaron's daughter, Tracy, was indeed alive and returned to him, but he's concerned about her drinking and what the black-ops Jericho unit might do if they find her; and Nicole tried to help Bryce find Keiko while trying to uncover why she saw herself being drowned in her vision. Revelation Zero, Parts 1 & 2 In order to return to the FBI, a suspended Mark must meet with a Bureau-appointed therapist. That doesn't stop him from investigating Lloyd's abduction, of course. In other events, a reluctant Demetri teams with CIA agent Vogel; Simon attempts to hack into Lloyd's computer; Janis tries to learn some of Simon's family secrets; Nicole seeks to restore her faith and understand her flash-forward. Blowback Aaron delves deeper into why the black-ops Jericho unit is after his daughter, Mark continues to question Lloyd about a phone conversation that took place during their flashforwards, and Zoey tries everything in her power to change Demetri's fate. Better Angels Demetri, Janis, Simon and Vogel travel to Somalia in search of clues to a mysterious tower and encounter a dangerous man who saw his fellow villagers black-out in 1991; Bryce tells Nicole that he has cancer; and Olivia attempts to get daughter Charlie to tell her what she saw in her flashforward. Queen Sacrifice Mark and Vogel put a plan into action to uncover the FBI mole, which could end up alienating Mark from his co-workers. Meanwhile, in an effort to protect his family - and his marriage - Mark moves out of the house, and Keiko continues her search in Los Angeles for Bryce and finds employment at the unlikeliest of places. Let No Man Put Asunder Demetri decides to put a rush on his wedding plans with Zoey when the captured FBI mole confirms the date of his prophesized murder; Wedeck tries to help Aaron infiltrate Jericho in order to rescue Tracy; and Olivia's friendship with Lloyd grows stronger. The Garden Of Forking Paths The clock is ticking on Demetri's life as Mark and his team go in search of his whereabouts; terror suspect Alda Herzog promises to give Zoey intel on where Demetri is - but at a price; and Olivia learns the identity of the person who sent her the text message informing her that Mark was drinking in his flashforward. Goodbye Yellow Brick Road Janis continues to thwart her fellow FBI agents as an inside mole to a mysterious employer; Olivia is given some disturbing news by Gabriel, who has been subjected to numerous flashforwards; and Aaron's life is in danger in Afghanistan when he tries to blend in with the locals as he continues his search for his daughter. Course Correction Demetri and Agent Banks attempt to track down a killer as questions arise about the universe course-correcting itself, when people who thought they'd escaped their fates are found dead; Mark reluctantly agrees to help Simon find his sister, Annabelle, but discovers he's withholding the truth about her true circumstances; the FBI discovers the identity of Suspect Zero; and Nicole learns the whereabouts of Keiko - the woman in Bryce's flashforward - but struggles with whether to share this information, due to her growing feelings for him. The Negotiation It's April 28 - the day before the prophesized flashforward date - and as the world waits to see if their future visions will come true, Mark must do everything in his power to protect Gabriel, who is the bridge between Dyson Frost and the Global Blackout; Aaron locates his daughter's captors and puts his life on the line in order to rescue her; Janis is tasked with killing a fellow agent; and Simon comes face to face with the head of the nefarious organization that may be responsible for the blackout. Countdown Mark continues his interrogation of Hellinger in a desperate attempt to find out when the next blackout will occur; Demetri must choose between helping Janis and Simon break into NLAP to stop the blackout from occurring, or turning the fugitive Simon in to the FBI; Lloyd finds the common denominator that can help him solve the complex equation he was working on in his flashforward; while Tracy fights for her life, Aaron discovers why Jericho was after her; and Nicole wrestles over her strong feelings for Bryce and what would happen if she told him she knew the whereabouts of Keiko. Future Shock It's D-Day - April 29, 2010 - and while everyone waits to see if their flashforward visions come true, Mark uncovers the date of the next blackout, and Simon, with Demetri, attempts to stop it from happening by breaking into the NLAP mainframe.
