The search for the next Groomer of the Year begins! Twelve new groomers enter the Dog House to begin the competition. Judges Joey Villani, Xavier Santiago, and Dr. Karen Halligan return to critique the presentations and one groomer fails to make the cut.
What's Wrong With This Picture?
The groomers scramble to uncover safety hazards in the salon. Tensions flare in the Dog House, leaving more than one groomer in tears. In the Grooming Challenge, the contestants must fix some hideous grooming jobs.
Deep Breaths
The groomers learn the art of dog massage, but their first clients really put them to the test; The Grooming Challenge leaves the groomers fielding some bizarre requests. If they think the dogs are difficult, then wait until they meet their owners!
The Cutting Edge
The contestants transform from groomers to entrepreneurs as they race to create new inventions to revolutionize the grooming industry. In the Grooming Challenge, the groomers use a revolutionary invention - the vacuum clipper. Who will be clipped?
Tying The Knot
The players must create topknots on an assortment of breeds, and their work is judged by 2008's winner, Artist Knox. Later, the contestants are tasked with grooming a pooch wedding party.
Old Dog, New Tricks
The contestants are tasked with teaching grooming techniques to a group of 10-year-olds. Back at the salon, the players must style older dogs to make them appear youthful. Janice Dickinson serves as a guest judge.
Piggies
The contestants are charged with sprucing up hard-to-control potbellied pigs. Later, the players try to make overweight dogs appear thinner using anatomy-grooming techniques.
Rescue Me
The contestants spruce up homeless shelter dogs for an adoption event attended by comedian Margaret Cho. Later, the players must groom search-and-rescue dogs in just 45 minutes without using soap or water.
Look-Alikes
The groomers take some Basset Hounds under their wing in an obedience training course, but their real challenge has them seeing double! In the salon, the groomers struggle with more doppelgangers as they style dogs to look like their owners.
Green On The Go
Grooming goes green as the contestants use electric clippers to shave down dogs - but only with the power from electricity-generating bikes. The groomers take the show on the road, traveling to clients in state-of-the-art hybrid mobile grooming vans.
Cut!
The groomers get their biggest taste of fame yet as they create grooming instruction videos. Then the groomers face the toughest challenge yet - scissoring a set of show-quality Bichon Frises to AKC breed standards.

Join Jai and Nemo as they relive the most grueling challenges, most surprising twists, and most emotional moments from this season. Keep an eye out for some special never-before-seen moments and hilarious outtakes.
Finale
The final two groomers square off in the most stressful competition of their lives. One contestant is named Groomer of the Year.
