Wake Carly finds a missing injured boy on a remote island, but her attempts to save him are slowed by a head injury. The Big Day Laura risks her marriage when she leaves David at the altar to take part in a rescue. Body Parts The Coasties race to rescue an adult film crew; David's ex-wife arrives to investigate a foot that washed up on the beach. Fistful Of Rain The crew finds itself in the middle of a tense racial dispute when the local commercial fishermen are shut out by a moratorium that excludes Native fishing. He Is Heavy, He's My Brother Andrew must attempt a marathon swim with his badly injured brother, after a boat explosion leaves them stranded in the middle of the ocean. Last Night Laura starts to second-guess her decision to spend the night with an eccentric recluse who lives alone on a remote island when mysterious things begin to happen. Lovesick The crew is quarantined after responding to a call where all of the occupants on a sailboat are stricken with a mysterious and possibly deadly virus. Out Of The Woods The crew fights to save a family after they are sent plummeting into a ravine on a remote island. At Sea Miro finds himself second-guessing his abilities as a Captain when he hesitates while responding to a sinking fishing boat. Laura meanwhile goes on the defensive when the MLB breaks down during the rescue. Full Circle Rob shocks and disappoints the crew when he proclaims that he's leaving the Coast Guard. Meanwhile, the Coasties find themselves questioning what to do after Laura hits a woman with the MLB during a daring rescue. Boom Tina must fight to save the life of the person who just attempted to assault her after their speeding boat hits a log boom in the middle of the ocean.
