The Girls Of Hedsor Hall EpisodesSeason 1

Back To Pazsaz Entertainment Network's The Girls Of Hedsor Hall Page

  • Assessment And Appearance
There are some girls who want to change their hairstyle, or maybe make a resolution to stop smoking. But the twelve girls you're about to meet need change above and beyond just a classic makeover. These girls have hit rock bottom, and have put out a cry for help to change their ways. So they are flown to Hedsor Hall in England, where they will have one last chance to change their crazy, disgraceful lifestyles into a life of class, poise, and etiquette. With a $100,000 trust on the line for the best reformed lady, competition is fierce, but at the same time, the girls must keep their attitudes in check, or they will be expelled. The girls are split into pairs and driven through England to their new home. Conversations range from boob sizes to speculations about if there will be alcohol waiting for them once they arrive at Hedsor Hall.

  • Etiquette
Although Amanda has already been expelled, leaving eleven contestants to fight out the competition, the girls still aren't near the top of their game. They grumpily wake up to Ms. Shrager's shrill whistle, with no intentions of obeying her orders to get out of bed. Lillian is practically dragged out of her bed my Ms. Shrager, and is consequently late for the girls meeting downstairs with Headmistress Harbord. Headmistress Harbord informs the girls that this week they will be leaning basic etiquette, manners, and most importantly, self respect. She announces that they will be hosting a lunch for the financial backers of the school, and it is the girls' responsibility to make the lunch a total success. The girls are immediately sent off to their lessons, the first being walking and posture instruction. Each girl takes turns walking around the room with a book on her head, but most of them take the lesson as a pointless joke.

  • Expanding Horizons
When Ms. Shrager wakes the girls for yet another morning of lessons, Brianna decides that first, she wants to talk with Margie about the past nights elimination. Brianna believes that Margie wrongfully accused her of taking Jen's prescription of Xanax, and wants to set the record straight. Margie refuses to get riled up and fight with the girls, keeping in mind that the smallest confrontation could cost her $100,000. The girls get ready and head downstairs to meet Ms. Shrager, but soon realize that Jennifer and Jenna are missing. Ms. Shrager is not one to tolerate lateness, so she begins the lesson without them. She announces that the girls have been invited to a pheasant shoot and dinner, which none of the girls have ever experienced. She lets the girls know that a pheasant shoot is a very privileged event, and is not just about shooting birds, but about eating the meal properly. In preparation for the pheasant dinner, Ms. Shrager begins a lesson on traditional English food. The first dish the girls sample is called Spotted Dick. Although the girls snicker over the name, no one's laughing after they taste it; some of the girls even think they'll throw up.

  • Anger Management
When the girls make their way downstairs one morning, expecting a typical lesson in dining etiquette, they are surprised to discover that only a TV screen is set up in the dining room, instead. Ms. Shrager tells the girls that the Hedsor Hall board of trustees will be evaluating them that day. The girls will sit in a separate viewing room as the trustees and the instructors watch videos of the girls' pasts, and give criticism that the girls won't be able to argue with. After the girls watch horrible, embarrassing videos of themselves, Tara decides that they need a constructive way to release their anger and frustration. She sets the girls up with a fencing coach, with the incentive that whoever wins the fencing competition will also win a phone call home. After battling through the preliminaries and semi-finals, Kimberly beats the intimidating Margie, and calls home to her parents. The instructors decide that the girls have been so impressive with their progress, that they will be treated to a night out at a restaurant. Before they leave, however, Brianna is sent upstairs to remove her 'personal' piercings, and Margie is reprimanded for her inappropriate outfit. Margie begins to cry, and heads upstairs as the rest of the girls go to the restaurant without her.

  • Country Weekend
Now that the competition has dwindled to only half a dozen girls, the instructors need to make things even more challenging. They inform the girls that a group of eligible bachelors will be visiting for a country weekend. The girls are expected to be proper hostesses, and remain ladylike through the whole weekend, even while the boys spend the night at Hedsor Hall! The girls go to a lesson with Ms. Brewer, an etiquette instructor, who teaches them how to present themselves to the boys. Afterwards, the girls are brought to a dance lesson, where they are instructed in classic waltz. As incentive, whoever does the best on the waltz will win a free pass at the upcoming elimination. Some of the girls are all left feet, but Samantha dances flawlessly and wins the prize. Now, she can do anything during her weekend with the boys without consequence.

  • Job Training
The girls get a taste of the real world, London style, as they are introduced to their next challenge. They are challenged to work for 24 hours at the Palm Hotel in London, as cooks, housekeepers, and receptionists. The manager of the hotel puts Hillary in charge of the weekend, leaving her responsible for dividing up tasks and overseeing the whole group. On the job, disgusted by the state of their first room, Jenna and Brianna take over two hours to clean just one room. Kim and Hillary ran the show in the kitchen while Sam held down the front desk. After accidently serving a cold first entree, the girls step it up and impress their three dinner guests, Headmistress Harbord, Ms. Shrager and Tara Conner, with remaining courses.

  • Reflection
The girls become teachers and instruct a rowdy group of prospective students on how to act like ladies.

  • The Trust
The winner of the $100,000 trust is announced in the Season 1 finale.
