Hello, I Must Be Going
Willamina, aka Will, reluctantly begins her journey at weight loss camp, making quite an impression on her fellow campers at the "before" photo shoot, and later stirring up trouble by selling her stash of food to the other campers. What happens when Dr. Rand, the head of Camp Victory, finds out about Will's undercover dealings? Amber who, unlike Will, is excited about the possibilities that Camp Victory offers her, soon learns that things will be very different for her when she finds herself a part of the "popular" group - which is completely new territory for her. When she attracts the attention of Ian, one of her fellow campers - much to the dismay of Will - it plants the seed for a romantic rivalry between the two girls.
Letters Home
Will, displays emotional discomfort when faced with the challenge of writing a letter home to her parents, while at the same time participating in new activities at Camp Victory and developing a crush. When a new camper arrives, it becomes apparent that something is out of the ordinary when it comes to her family. Her parents persuade Dr. Rand to allow them to observe their daughter in her daily activities, citing their daughter's anxiety as the reason. Additionally, Amber does not take too kindly to the new girl at first, but just as the girls seem to be forming a relationship, an unexpected encounter occurs, leaving the girls with one less bunkmate.
Live Action Role Play
Becca tries to start a "larping" club at camp, a sort of wizardry game, but to her dismay the club fails to be a success until Will uses her creativity and persuasion skills to coerce the other campers into participating. Dr. Rand, much like Will, is forced to confront issues within her personal and professional life, including a struggle with parental loyalties, earning the respect of her employees, as well as facing unfolding secrets to her love life. When faced with the challenge of matching the previous camp director's enthusiasm, Dr. Rand delivers a surprisingly inspiring speech, providing Camp Victory with a new worth, as well as allowing the staff and campers to see her in a uncharacteristic but motivating way.
Talent Night
The campers anxiously rehearse for talent night, all while Will enters panic mode when she cannot locate her camp journal - wondering whose hands have touched her secrets. Amber and Chloe's friendship appears to be stronger than ever, until they ask Trent to participate in their talent show performance. Although it's apparent that Amber is not interested in him, Chloe grows increasingly jealous, doing everything in her power to sway his feelings toward her and receive the attention she craves.
Movie Night
It's movie night at Camp Victory and while the campers anxiously await the announcement of the film they will be watching, rumors and anticipation builds about potential "hook ups." Will grows increasingly jealous of Ian's growing obsession with Amber, so the once reluctant and rebellious camper begins to show her romantic side when she writes a love song, making her feelings apparent.
Spirit Quest
The campers go on an overnight Spirit Quest in the woods, where they are forced to form unlikely bonds while others explore forbidden feelings - and a couple of campers get lost in the woods. During Spirit Quest, Alistair and Trent get paired up, much to Trent's dismay, and are forced to share a tent. Consequently, the two develop an improbable friendship, allowing Alistair to reveal a secret no one else in camp can know.
Poker Face
The campers at Camp Victory are under immense pressure as news of the first weigh-in circulates. While the campers anxiously wait to see if their goals have been met, Dr. Rand learns from staff members that Shay's daughter is ill, bringing her to the realization that she is an outsider among her own team.
Birthdays
Chloe and Allistair celebrate their birthdays - separately - until Chloe's "popular kids only" party brings the two together under some unfortunate circumstances, causing Chloe to get upset. Meanwhile, Dr. Rand and her new suitor go on an unusual date that gives insight to Rand's past and her present demeanor. By allowing this man into enter her personal and secret life, it seems that falling in love at summer camp is not just for the campers.
Parents Weekend, Part One
The camp hosts parents' weekend, but Will's mom and dad are no-shows. Meanwhile, Alistair puts on a charade of being Becca's boyfriend; and Amber's mother smuggles in some food.
