Hollywood Residential premiered on STZ on January 23, 2008. Hollywood Residential follows a fictional, faltering celebrity home makeover show on a fledgling home improvement cable network. Tony King, a frustrated, under-achieving actor and "inept as they come" carpenter and his sexy new co-host, Lila Mann, take their show to the homes of Hollywood celebrities. However, Tony has more on his mind than home improvement and tries to take advantage of his guest stars to further his own stalled acting career generally leading to terribly embarrassing situations.
