While producing a lingerie show for Agent Provocateur, Kelly must find time to attend an Alternative Apparel photo shoot and press event in the Hamptons, and take her daughter, Ava, to her first day of school. To top it off, the venue for the Agent Provocateur show cancels at the last minute. Can she do it all? Which employees will rise to the occasion and make sure the show still goes on? The Show Must Go On Kelly flies high when she pulls off a successful presentation for a new fashion client. Meanwhile, the intense pressure of Fashion Week begins to rattle staffer Stefanie. Highway To Kell With Fashion Week nearing its end, Kelly and her staff focus on producing one more event. But the chaotic time brings various mix-ups, and Kelly is forced to reevaluate one employee's future at the agency. Off To London Kelly, Emily and Robyn go to England to promote London Fashion Week and consult with industry insiders. Kelly also reunites with the father of her daughter. Back in the Big Apple, fizzled team spirit and overwhelming managing ills rattle Stefanie. Love Hangover Kelly, Emily and Robyn continue their stay in London, producing their one remaining fashion show. Elsewhere, Andrew whips up a dinner party for the staffers, who invariably serve up some drama. And the team must successfully coordinate an event for a high-level client before Kelly returns to New York. Skinner's Boiling Point The stress reaches a fever pitch for a nerve-jangled Stefanie, who corners Kelly about her workload and contemplates her future at People's Revolution. Meanwhile, snafus at the office cause Kelly to aim her anger at Andrew. And Kelly puts work aside to spend quality time with her daughter. Tough Times People's Revolution feels the sting of a weak economy, so Kelly rents out her office space to net more income. Elsewhere, waning team spirit nudges Kelly to hire new workers and implement a new computer system to lessen everyone's workload. Kelly also signs on to work on a fashion-themed film. Sunny Days Kelly journeys to Los Angeles to oversee action at her West Coast bureau and meet with top-gun clients. A return to New York finds Kelly focused on a fund-raiser for a breast-cancer charity. Later, staffers throw a birthday party for her.
