Episode 8 The remaining couples cater to first class flyers and must impress both the passengers on board and world famous chef Raymond Blanc. Episode 9 The remaining couples are challenged by celebrity chef Raymond Blanc to create the perfect take-out menu. Episode 10 The remaining couples step out of their comfort zones and leave their restaurants behind when they are challenged to cater a fancy dinner party. Episode 11 World famous chef Raymond Blanc surprises the remaining couples when he unexpectedly shows up at their restaurants. Episode 12 The remaining couples are challenged to create cookbook proposals. Episode 13 When picky patrons offer up harsh critiques, the remaining couples struggle to run their eateries. Which couples will get one step closer to winning the grand prize? Episode 14 The remaining couples learn to step up their service when they enter front-of-house bootcamp. Episode 15 The final two couples compete to bring decadent and glamorous dining to The Orient Express, and the winning couple is awarded the grand prize of opening a restaurant backed by world famous chef Raymond Blanc.
