While moving to New York has always been a dream of Liz's, actually living there has become a little bit of a nightmare. She's having difficulty keeping up in art school and navigating the city, and is finding that her relationship with Bryson is way more complicated than she thought it would be. But Liz does discover that sometimes things have a way of working out when she least expects it. Lost And Found In New York A surprise visit from Bryson and the looming deadline of an art project are a bit too much for Liz to handle. She's also doing her best to hide something she's been keeping private for months, but, as the nerds and Bryson discover, all secrets have a way of being told - it's just a matter of time. The Morning After Liz, in the afterglow of a romantic night with Bryson, somehow finds a way to finish her "found art" project. Meanwhile, the nerds explore spaceships and text-bombing to find the best way to tell Liz some devastating news. The Best Laid Plans After finding out Bryson wasn't being completely honest with her, Liz decides to shut out all things Texas and focus on building a new life in New York. From a new crush (a charming musician named Louis) to the search for a new apartment, Liz is ready to take her new city by storm. But just when she thinks she has it all figured out, New York throws her another curveball. Three's A Crowd Louis invites Liz to crash with him for a few days, temporarily easing her fears about surviving in New York. But her attitude changes after meeting Jordan, Louis's super-cute roommate. Meanwhile, back home, Sully and Bryson call a truce in order to join forces in their quest to make contact with Liz, leaving her with a difficult decision. Does Liz stick it out in New York for the summer or does she go back home to Texas for some much-needed R&R? You Can't Go Home Again Liz returns to Texas and finds that much has changed after high school. Bryson drops off a mystery gift box for Liz. The coup de grace -- Taylor makes an announcement that leaves Liz speechless. Save Our Sully Liz is making the most of being home again. that is, she's plopped herself on the couch with a bottomless bowl of cheetos and multiple seasons of True Blood. However, her stay-cation is disrupted when a despondent Sully returns from a failure at Eagle Scout camp. As part of her operation to "save" Sully, Liz agrees to an arranged reckoning with Bryson. Unfortunately for Liz, the brokered reunion turns out to be way more than she bargained for. New Leash On Life Liz returns to New York to take on the city and embrace its possibilities. A date with Louis seems to be the perfect way to inaugurate her new mission in life--but when Liz receives some unexpected visitors, their date doesn't go exactly as planned. Love's A Drag Liz and Louis finally go on their first date, but things take a turn when Liz discovers exactly why the nerds have been acting so strangely since they've been in New York (and yes, it involves Bryson). Sully also meets the girl of his dreams. The Hurried Life Liz and Bryson are forced spend an entire, awkward day together in order to help the guys complete Miles's "NY or Suck It" list before they head back to Texas. Meanwhile, Sully and Louis bond as they both pine for the attention of their respective crushes. Taylor arrives to start her college career in New York, and the gang has a party to wish the nerds a safe journey home. Best In Show Liz agrees to sing in an 80's show with Louis, bringing them closer together than ever before-but it also complicates Liz and Bryson's attempts to 'just be friends.' Sully is back in Texas, obsessed with finding ways to win over Marlene. New Beginnings Louis has some news for Liz in the Season 2 finale. Meanwhile, Bryson must confront his own feelings for Liz.
