Madison vs. Angelina
At eight-years-old, Madison has it all - a supportive family, a dedicated coach and some groovy outfits. Nicole, Madison's mom, thinks the add-ons - acrylic nails, hairpieces and a spray tan - will help her daughter win. Meanwhile, Madison's best friend - ten-year-old Angelina - is also competing in the Little Miss Perfect pageant, but taking a much different approach. Without a lot of money to spend, Angelina's mom, Dani, is shunning glitzy extras in hopes that Angelina's sparkling ways will win over judges. With a rented dress on hand, Dani is showcasing Angelina's natural looks. As pageant day looms, Madison relies on the help of a coach to perfect her routine, while Angelina, a relative novice, struggles to choreograph a roller-skating routine practically solo. Will the fresh-faced newbie pull off the big win? Or will pageant-savvy Madison capture the title of Little Miss Perfect: Nashville?
Shelbie vs. Destinee
Beauty queen Shelbie, 7, is ready to make a comeback after a long break from pageants. With the Little Miss Perfect pageant coming up in Dallas, Texas, this is her chance to get back on stage. Shelbie has never been a big winner so her Mom, Stacie, is ready to do whatever it takes to make Shelbie the "total package." As Shelbie and Mom prepare for the upcoming pageant, nothing is off limits. Mom wants Shelbie to have a polished routine, the most competitive clothes and, after a trip to the orthodontist, the most sparkling smile on stage. For Little Miss Perfect's signature event, the "wow wear" category, Mom will even seek out the advice of pageant director, Michael Galanes. Michael pays the family a visit and, after viewing Shelbie's wow wear routine, is not impressed. He offers some tips that will help "wow" the judges, but if Shelbie wants to make a comeback, she'll really have to turn it on. Shelbie's competitor is Destinee. At only 8 years old, Destinee is a pageant professional who is ready to add another trophy to her collection, but even this seasoned beauty queen finds the wow wear category challenging. In her routine, Destinee will be a flashy cowgirl showcasing a leg lift that is sure to impress. After a few practice sessions with her dance instructor, Destinee realizes the leg lift is harder to pull off than she thought. The night before the pageant proves to be even more daunting when Destinee has trouble remembering her entire wow wear routine. Despite Destinee's setbacks, her parents, Sha and Tracy, are confident that with all her pageant experience, Destinee will be sure to shine on stage. With pageant day rapidly approaching, Shelbie's Mom has her eyes on the prize. She drills Shelbie on every move of her routine up until the last possible moment. Destinee wakes up confident on pageant day, but a stomach bug quickly sets in. If Destinee can pull it together, this pageant pro may keep her winning streak, but if Shelbie makes a stellar comeback, she could take the coveted title of Little Miss Perfect.
Brianna vs. Lexi
Brianna, 5, and her mother Griselda are new to the world of pageants but that doesn't stop Griselda from seeing her daughter as a pro on stage. Griselda is sure Brianna has what it takes to make it to the top in pageantry. The family prides themselves on being original and plan on wowing the judges with a Barbie-in-a-Box routine. Brianna's father Marco works two jobs to help pay for all of Brianna's pageant expenses. With the Little Miss Perfect pageant coming up so quickly Griselda takes on another expense and hires a coach to train Brianna. Coach Nicki has her work cut out for her with only a few days to teach a less-than-cooperative Brianna all she needs to win the crown. Everything needs to be perfect, and Griselda is starting to feel the pressure. As the pageant approaches, Griselda becomes stricter and sterner with Brianna. There has been a lot of money and time put into this. Is Brianna ready for the biggest pageant of her life? Lexi, 5, comes from a long line of family with over 25 years of experience in the art of pageantry. Lexi is definitely a girl born to do pageants and they are not an average do-it-yourself family. Lexi's mother, Jaime, does Lexi's make-up and coaches her. Lexi's grandmother, Jackie, choreographs routines and makes sure Lexi is good and hopped up on sugar to keep her energy up. Lexi wears a flipper to hide the big hole in her smile, but the flipper that Lexi wears no longer fits and drops out of her mouth whenever she smiles. With the Little Miss Perfect pageant just a week away Jaime tries to make a mold herself for a new flipper but things don't go as planned and it seems Lexi won't get a new flipper in time for the pageant. As if that's not enough, Lexi has a new Little Red Riding Hood routine she needs to learn within one week. Mom Jaime and Grandmother Jackie have to pull all of their resources to get Lexi pageant ready. Will all of the family's experience be enough to get Lexi crowned Little Miss Perfect?
Trinity vs. Taylor
Kelly and her 7-year-old daughter, Trinity, have been doing pageants for years, and according to Kelly, Trinity has won just about every pageant she's competed in. Trinity isn't a big fan of practicing for pageants so Kelly turns to Coach Melissa and her daughters to help Trinity get ready for the Little Miss Perfect pageant. The biggest challenge for Trinity will be to master her Wow Wear routine, a Las Vegas showgirl routine complete with back-up dancers. But the real "wow" is the 23-inch feathered headdress Trinity will wear. Trinity's father, Josh, admits the Showgirl costume is a bit much for his taste. He doesn't like Trinity competing in glitz pageants. Kelly knows how her husband feels but she thinks it's important for little girls to dress up. It's something she wishes she could have done more of when she was younger, but her family didn't have the resources. As pageant day approaches Kelly starts to unravel. She calls pageant director Michael Galanes for advice, but even he can tell over the phone that Kelly needs to calm down for Trinity's sake. As Kelly's nervous energy goes into over-drive little Trinity seems to be getting overshadowed by all of the glitz, glamour, and stress her mother has put on her. The Little Miss Perfect pageant is very important to Kelly, but is it as important to Trinity? Eight-year-old Taylor has spent years competing in the natural pageant circuit. She has done real well but is looking for the next challenge. But when Taylor's mother, Marie, agrees to let her daughter compete in Little Miss Perfect - her first glitz pageant - the family has no clue as to what they are getting themselves into. With the help of Coach Monica and her daughter Rachel, they'll have one week to take this natural girl and turn her into a glamorous beauty. While Marie gets schooled on the additional costs that come with doing a glitz pageant, Taylor works on a Wow Wear routine she feels will really catch the judges off-guard. Taylor will incorporate her love of karate, and plans on breaking wood boards bare handed. The catch is Taylor is only about 50% successful accomplishing this task prior to pageant day. Does this natural girl have what is takes to become the next Little Miss Perfect?
Asia vs. Kaylee
Asia, 5, is a beauty queen on a mission to impress the toughest judge of all, her Mom. Asia is getting ready for the upcoming Little Miss Perfect pageant in Nashville, Tennessee. With her military mom coming home for the first time in months, Asia and her grandmother, Debbie, are ready to show off an elaborate routine featuring Asia as a soldier driving a motorized tank. Grandma Debbie takes care of Asia while her mother is away and she's also in charge of Asia's pageant career. While Debbie prepares for the pageant, making alterations to Asia's dresses and supervising building an elaborate tank, the prop for the "wow wear" competition, she worries that Asia's mom, Jamie, will want to make last minute changes. Once home, Jamie surveys the pageant progress and is un-impressed. She immediately wants to change Asia's wow wear routine. But Debbie is not having it and Jamie vows the changes will be made before show time. Asia's competition is Kaylee who, at age four, is a stunning young beauty with the personality to win over any judge. Kaylee has never competed in Little Miss Perfect's "wow wear" category so Kaylee's mom, Amy, is struggling to find an outfit that will "wow" the judges. Amy calls on the professional advice of the pageant director himself, Michael Galanes. With only two days left until the pageant, Michael suggests a Broadway themed wow wear that sends Amy racing to the seamstress to create a new outfit. Kaylee struggles to memorize her new Broadway-themed routine. When she can't remember a move, her coach suggests she just make one up! On pageant day, Kaylee sparkles during the first category, Interview, but with the wow wear competition drawing near; Kaylee's nerves start to kick in. Asia and Grandma Debbie feel confident Asia's military themed wow wear routine will be the one to really wow the judges and even Mom, as long as they can hold strong against Mom's last minute changes. With Asia's flash and Kaylee's charm, the judges have their work cut out for them, but when the day is done, only one girl will wear the Little Miss Perfect crown.
Kiki vs. Kiersten
Eight-year-old beauty queen Takierre "Kiki" and her mom, Adrienne, are pageant professionals. Kiki wins most of her pageants and frequently walks away with the "Most Beautiful" title. With the Little Miss Perfect pageant coming up, Kiki has another chance to take home a crown. Adrienne is a strict pageant mom and is willing to do whatever it takes to help her daughter excel in her pageant career, whether it's raising money at a bake sale or finding the best seamstress in town to make her pageant wear. Unfortunately, in the Little Miss Perfect pageant, Kiki will have to compete in the interview category - her worst event. With the pageant only a few days away, Kiki practices with her coach but there's no way of knowing what will happen once she gets on stage. Seven-year-old newcomer, Kiersten, is just starting her pageant career. So far, she's only come in second place so this pageant is her chance to win her first big title. Mom Jeanette helps her along the way, although is not your typical pageant mom - she's more of a tomboy who supports Kiersten's interest in pageants so she can learn to be more "girly." As Jeanette struggles to get Kiersten ready for her pirate-themed "Wow Wear" routine, it becomes apparent just how little Jeanette knows about pageants. Meanwhile, Kiki is ready - beads and all - for her Mardi Gras routine, but when she has a slip and fall on-stage, the competition for the crown gets tough!
Mayce vs. Jacee
Even though she's only 5 years old, Mayce is an experienced pageant girl and the current Tiny Miss Alabama. Her dedicated mom, Mandy, started her in pageants when she was just a baby - she says her daughter was just naturally bubbly so it was easy for her to win. Mayce's 6 year-old pageant friend, Jacee, will also be competing at Little Miss Perfect Atlanta. She too has years of pageant experience and more trophies and banners than she knows what to do with! Even though they're less than a year apart and live in the same Alabama town, Jacee and Mayce have never been in the same pageant and this will be the first time the two successful beauty queens will go head to head. It will also be a test for Mayce's mom, Mandy, and Jacee's mom, Christy. The two women are close friends but they have very different approaches to pageants. Mandy is extremely crafty and has stoned Mayce's beauty dress herself. She also serves as her daughter's coach and makeup artist - she doesn't think anyone can work with Mayce as well as she can. Christy, on the other hand, purchases expensive dresses and uses coaches and professional makeup artists because she thinks it gives her daughter the best chance of winning. Christy also has a difficult time getting Jacee to listen to her. Practice with mom isn't always productive! As pageant day draws near, Mandy and Christy try to prepare their daughters as best they can. Will Mayce be able to pull off her Hollywood superstar Wow Wear and will her homemade beauty dress sparkle bright? Will Jacee remember her Wow Wear choreography and overcome a rhythm issue inherited from Christy? Most of all, will this pageant friendship survive the competition? We'll find out at Little Miss Perfect Atlanta, where there can only be one winner.

But when Jayne does need some help in developing her routines, Irina relies on friends who have some pageant experience to help Jayne refine her stage presence. Jayne's performance is far from perfect up until the night before the pageant, when pageant director Michael Galanes jumps in to coach Jayne on her beauty walk. Michael knows that Jayne isn't the most polished pageant girl but what he also knows that Jayne's charm and personality can outshine many girls on the stage. On pageant day, Patience is coached up until the moment she's to step on stage. Her performance is good but her mother isn't sure if it's good enough. Jayne is incredibly excited about the pageant but right before she is to get on stage for the Interview competition, Jayne begins to complain about feeling sick.
