Third Time's The Charm
Fugitive Task Force member and ICE/DRO Supervisor Tommy Kilbride has been in law enforcement for 20 years. But for Tommy, the cat-and-mouse game never gets tired, the faces just get familiar. One of those familiar faces has been deported from the US twice after serving time in prison for drug trafficking and firearms possession. Tommy, who made both deportation arrests, has just learned that this repeat offender has returned to the US. Fugitive Task Force members start looking in Brooklyn, but Tommy interrupts their surveillance with a phone call. Their suspect is not in NYC he's in Los Angeles. With time ticking away, and information that he might be leaving LA soon, the hunt is on.
Roxanne's First Fugitive
Two years ago, a young girl was sexually assaulted multiple times. After the crime took place, the suspect disappeared. Today, Detective Roxanne Lopez has two conflicting tips on his whereabouts: he's either living and working in Ft. Lauderdale, FL or hanging out locally, in Spring Valley, NY. Commander Lenny DePaul pulls together a team of Marshals who fly to Florida to begin the hunt. Meanwhile, Roxanne remains back in Spring Valley, combing neighborhoods and speaking to a number of informants. While scouring two different cities the teams race to find their fugitive before he slips away again.
Hide And Seek, Part 1
Kalif Logan was killed down the street from his parents' house; his body was found outside, shot 13 times with a series of AK-47 rounds. The prime suspect, a childhood friend and neighbor, allegedly murdered Logan in retaliation for a fist fight. It is also near this neighborhood that Detective Rasheen "Pep" Peppers was raised. He and his partner Inspector Dan Potucek are charged with finding Logan's murderer, who is one of Newark Police Department's most wanted and most feared--and possibly still in possession of the AK-47.
Hide And Seek, Part 2
Pep and Danny's continued hunt for Logan's killer takes them and the Fugitive Task Force all around Newark and down south through the woods of North Carolina.
Valentine's Day Heist
Female bank robbers are a rare breed, and those who commit the crime almost never show a weapon. But on Valentine's Day, a woman allegedly walked into the Franklin Federal Savings and Loan Bank in Richmond, VA with a handgun threatening bank employees and demanding money. She was thought to have fled the scene in a black and white vehicle and is considered armed, dangerous, and unpredictable. When informants place her up in the New York City area, her case is given to the US Marshals and Commander Lenny DePaul immediately assigns Inspector Greg Holmes and Detective Roxanne Lopez to help him track the fugitive throughout NYC.
Sneaking Back In
The US Marshals Fugitive Task Force is charged with tracking down a seven-time convicted felon, who has snuck back into the country after being deported to his homeland of Jamaica. The fugitive has been reported to be in New York City, and his case is assigned to veteran ICE/DRO Supervisor Tommy Kilbride. With a wrap sheet that carries a total of 50 criminal charges, including 23 felony arrests over a 40-year period, this "career criminal" is well equipped at evading police capture. He's been on the run before so he won't make it easy for the Marshals this time.
Pep Takes It Personal
Detective Rasheen Peppers and Inspector Danny Potucek receive a case from Newark PD and immediately present it to Commander Lenny DePaul who offers up all the resources the US Marshals have to give. Seven months prior, a young man who came to Newark to sell his ATV, was robbed, shot in a courtyard and left severely paralyzed, clinging to life after a transaction went severely awry. When the primary suspect goes missing after an arrest warrant is issued for attempted murder, Pep, Danny and their team embarks on a hunt in which they confront a series of friends and relatives, and trek from state to state. For Pep, the situation is particularly upsetting because tragic cases like this one give his hometown, Newark, such a bad reputation.
Fingerprints Don't Lie
In 1990 a group of men kidnapped a 17-year-old boy in Greece, demanding ransom in exchange for the young man's safety. The ransom was not paid, and the victim was shot, his body found bound with a hood over its head, and buried. 18 years later, there is only one member of the group still at large and wanted for the crime. When INTERPOL learns that this murder suspect is living in the New York area, they ask Commander Lenny DePaul and his Fugitive Task Force to track and capture Greece's most wanted criminal. He pulls together an "A-Team" that includes Detective Rasheen "Pep" Peppers, Supervisor Tommy Kilbride, Inspector Dan Potucek and Detective Roxanne Lopez.
15 Years Running
In 1993 a man was convicted of selling narcotics in South Carolina. He had already been incarcerated for a similar charge before and, not wanting to return to prison, failed to show up to serve his time. For 15 years his case had gone cold after US Marshals and local law enforcement in South Carolina were unable to locate him. But when Commander Lenny DePaul reopens the case after a loose tip comes in that the fugitive might be living in Manhattan, he assigns it to Deputy Michelle "Michy" Mendez, a young investigator. Michy, determined, makes it her mission to prove to Lenny that she can crack this case, one that has eluded other Marshals. But with almost no concrete leads, and only one 15-year old photograph to go on, it is a formidable task.
Houdini
When Newark police responded to a robbery call in progress, they encountered a suspect red-handed, inside the house. But back at the precinct, their suspect escapes, fleeing the interrogation room. After two months, reports in the local news, and several attempts by Newark PD to find "Houdini," Detective Rasheen "Pep" Peppers and the Fugitive Task Force get called in to take over the case. Pep, Inspector Dan Potucek, and a Newark team of Deputized Marshals brief Commander Lenny DePaul on the case. Together they believe that the key to finding "Houdini" is to locate his girlfriend. But as they embark on the hunt for their fugitive, they quickly learn that finding his girlfriend might prove to be just as difficult.
Timing Is Everything
Commander Lenny DePaul and Senior Parole Officer Vinny Senzamici get a case involving a man with a lengthy, violent criminal history. Vinny, who has spent the majority of his career working with The NY State Division of Parole, knows well that criminals who go missing, often are the most dangerous--they know that once found they will return to jail and feel that they have nothing to loose. Vinny works closely with Investigator Federico Merced who speaks with the fugitive's grandmother trying to gather leads. After a series of hits they worry that they have tipped off their elusive fugitive.
The Colombian Cartel Doctor
15 years ago, in a Bogota court house, a man was charged with brutally murdering his wife. He was allegedly the physician for an infamous Colombian Drug Cartel, one of the largest and most notorious drug organizations in the world. With the help of his "connections" witnesses disappeared, the trial was tainted, and he got away with murder. But years later, his case was resurrected by a new judge and he was found guilty, sentenced to 28 years in prison. The only problem was, he had disappeared. When the US Marshals get a tip that this killer might be hiding in their backyard, living under the radar in suburban New Jersey, Commander Lenny DePaul pulls in Supervisor Tommy Kilbride, Detective Roxanne Lopez, and Deputy Marshal Michelle Mendez to work the case. But finding the man is only part of the challenge... keeping tabs on him without getting caught while they await a warrant from Colombia proves to be more difficult.
On The Stroll
Senior Parole Officer Vinny Senzamici and Officer Jesus Demung get a disturbing case involving a woman convicted of promoting the prostitution of a 13-year-old girl. Child prostitution has become a serious problem across the US, but it is still rare to find a woman who would solicit a young child for sex. Commander Lenny DePaul works the case with them as they go after this sex offender, who disappeared after she skipped out on her parole and has been on the run for two months. The Task Force fears that she might be back up to no good and want to catch her before she endangers the life of another young person. But finding someone used to working in the streets can be very difficult.
The Bronx Boys
Two good friends from the South Bronx supposedly have been on a crime spree that seems to be progressing more violently with each offense, recently culminating in a New Year's Eve shooting at a family member's house. When Deputy US Marshal Michelle "Michy" Mendez learns that the pair is running around her old neighborhood in the Bronx, she makes it her personal mission to find them. Michy talks about the case with Deputy Mike Romani and Commander Lenny DePaul who work with her on it until she gets a big lead that she must pursue alone.
Roxy's Sweep
Detective Roxanne Lopez has enlisted the help of Commander Lenny DePaul to launch "Operation Clean Sweep" - a massive tactical strike by over 100 US Marshals and area law enforcement officers to capture, in just a few hours, dozens of wanted suspects in Spring Valley. These suspects are charged with serious crimes like armed robbery, gun selling, and drug dealing. The stakes are high as Roxy sends the Task Force teams out to arrest 65 fugitives in pre-dawn raids before her targets can alert each other and slip away.
Escaped
Commander Lenny DePaul and Deputy Michelle "Michy" Mendez get a case involving a man who escaped from custody and is on the run. The last time police arrested him he was found in a closet with a loaded weapon. An alleged Bloods gang member, he also has a distinctive teardrop tattoo. Lenny understands the possibility this man could turn violent once he encounters US Marshals, so he assembles a strong crew to work the case. Deputy Mike Romani and Deputy Nick Ricigliano join Michy to hit known addresses associated with their fugitive. As the case takes them from the streets of the Bronx to rural Upstate New York, they worry the trail on this inked escapee may have gone cold.
Bloods Of Newark
Like many cities, Newark NJ has a problem with street gangs. Murders, shootings, robberies all leave residents feeling as though gang life has taken over civil life. But the people of Newark have a crime fighter on their side who's on a personal mission to set things right. Detective Rasheen "Pep" Peppers was born and raised in Newark and still lives there. He has his finger on the pulse of the city, and knows how to get leads, even when the toughest cases go dry. Pep, Inspector Dan Potucek, and Investigators Matt Testa and Bobby Olmo meet with Commander Lenny DePaul. They've just been assigned to hunt down two of Newark's most wanted fugitives, both alleged gang members--one a reckless youth wanted for armed robbery, the other a suspected machine gun carrying killer. Together the team embarks on an exhaustive search that has them racing all over town.
Wake Up Call
Investigator Al Fernandez and Senior Parole Officer Vinny Senzamici get a case involving a man with a violent past, with convictions of attempted rape, robbery and assaulting the police. Commander Lenny DePaul launches an intense search with the resources of the U.S. Marshals to capture this sex offender who is wanted for larceny and violating his parole. The Task Force sets out to track him down before he hurts anyone else.
With Friends Like These
When Detective Rasheen "Pep" Peppers is asked to find a murder suspect in Newark, he promises to leave no stone unturned. But when he hits the streets and questions the fugitive's friends and family, no one is willing to talk. As Pep soon discovers, friends and family aren't trying to protect the fugitive, they're trying to protect themselves. The fugitive is wanted for murdering his childhood friend, and everyone who knows what he is capable of fears they'll be next. When the case goes cold, Pep gets help from his longtime partner and mentor, Inspector Danny Potucek. Together they work the case until an unexpected lead brings them into unfamiliar territory.
Stakeout
Recently promoted to Senior Investigator, Mike Romani finds himself immediately at work on a major new case. Several years ago, a fugitive flees New York violating both his parole and federal probation after he's wanted in questioning on a sexual assault against a 10 year-old girl. Mike takes over the case when the task force gets a call from police in central Florida. Over the weekend, the fugitive's girlfriend is shot in the Tampa area, and informants say he's traveling by train up to New York City. Mike immediately meets with Commander Lenny DePaul and his partner, Deputy Michelle "Michy" Mendez to pull together a large team. They set up a covert surveillance in the fugitive's old Bronx neighborhood. But intense surveillance can be risky. The danger of getting their cover blown and tipping off the fugitive is high.
