Jeffrey continues his years-long work on an extravagant $20 million estate, only to hit an obstacle. Meanwhile, Nathan mediates between his client and a contractor; Martyn tries to beat his addiction to chocolate by visiting a hypnotist; Mary's vision for a Beverly Hills guesthouse is scrutinized by her client.

Life Is A Beach
Martyn journeys to Mexico, only to have to deal with a difficult client. Meanwhile, Kathryn lands a gig to revamp an heir's home; Mary hopes an artist will render her portrait for her first book; and Jeffrey's assistant is charged to remodel a gym.
