As they follow a plausible lead to an adulterous wife and a possible crime of passion, Angie's second sense points her in the direction of one of the students at the dead teacher's school, a serial thief known only as The Creeper. Crimes Of Passion When a teenage girl is killed in a hit-and-run accident, first clues point Detectives Flynn and Vega toward the girl's disgruntled ex-boyfriend. Passion is a strong enough motive for murder, but Angie believes the boyfriend is innocent and begins to unravel a connection between the victim and an eminent prosecutor in the midst of a mayoral campaign. It turns out that passion may well be the motive, and the underpinning of a secret double life. Pushover When a customs officer murders a limo driver, Detectives Flynn and Vega search for the killer and his motive, which leads them to a femme fatale waitress at a dockside cafe - who has charmed the unsuspecting sap into stealing, lying and ultimately committing murder, all in the name of love. Against All Odds Flynn investigates the murder of a high-profile lawyer who was found dead in his home after an apparent burglary. Elsewhere, Manny is arrested for vandalism. Public Enemy The death of a health-food guru who was electrocuted in his hot tub is investigated. Elsewhere, Manny tries to persuade Angie to flirt with his math teacher in an effort to improve his grades. Detour Flynn and Vega investigate a case involving a mortgage broker who was strangled in a parking lot. Out Of The Past An investigation into the murder of a news-shop proprietor leads the detectives to a local gang. Later, unsettling information arises about the case. Undertow Flynn and Vega investigate the murder of a young man who was found beaten and suffocated. Clues indicate that the victim was involved with an engaged woman, and suspicion initially falls on the woman's father. Framed The murder of a young art lover is investigated, and a nerdy gun collector is the prime suspect. Fallen Angel Flynn and Vega investigate the murder of an outspoken priest. Brute Force A famous boxer is found stabbed to death, and Flynn and Vega are overwhelmed with suspects. Ruthless Flynn and Vega identify a suspect in the death of an executive assistant, but there appears to be no motive. The One Who Got Away Angie's son Manny prepares to leave for college. Meanwhile, an investigation into the murder of a teenage boy is linked to a past homicide that sparked Angie's interest in police work.
