With a little help from her new friend, Matt, she soon gets a glimpse of what it's like to perform on a big stage. Meanwhile, Chuck performs on a stage of his own after his managers set up a music showcase for record executives. Will they give Chuck the thumbs up? And while Chucks career moves forward, Matt and Jeff continue to struggle, but find solace in making music at local honkytonks. Later, Nashville heartthrob Clint Moseley throws a big Nashville-style BBQ and all of young Nashville shows up, causing Rachel to question Clint's true intentions and turn to her friends Sarah and Lindsey for help. Gunfight At Tootsies Rachel, Sarah and Lindsey perform for a local talent scout and Mika gets a job at a music venue and befriends songwriter Jamey Johnson. Later, Clint becomes jealous of Mika's new pal. Red And Blue When newbie Mika lands a performance spot at a local showcase, scheduled with seasoned vets, Rachel is upset that Mika's road to stardom seems to be well-paved already. Meanwhile, Chuck begins his promotional tour, leaving his girlfriend Heather at home, but he finds very little brotherly love in Philadelphia for his new single. After Mika and Clint patch up their relationship, Clint has a special date with someone else. And, when Lindsey steps in to help Clint sort out his feelings, Rachel and Sarah suspect that Lindsey's true colors have come out. Daddy's Little Girl After being tipped off about Clint, Mika makes a decision that leaves them both upset. Meanwhile, Rachel is planning to get even with Mika by having a showcase of her own and sings a song only a father could love.
