Meanwhile, Jackie is assigned to shadow Dr. Roman at the hospital, and she bonds with an outspoken Southern woman who agrees to become Jackie's sponsor. Pillgrimage Jackie tries to find a new drug source but comes up empty until Frank takes her dancing and she hooks up with a dealer. Meanwhile, Coop is recruited by a so-called sperm scout; and Akalitus wins a classic car in a poker game. Super Greens Coop learns that his sperm count is too low to allow him to donate; Carrie helps with a medical segment on TV; Akalitus goes on a winning streak in poker; Jackie cares for a patient with severe auto-immune issues; Grace gets arrested for shoplifting. Jungle Love Frank pressures Jackie to let him move in, but she keeps putting him off and learns a surprising secret about him. Meanwhile, Coop and Carrie bond when she puts him on TV; Prentiss gets an unexpected visitor from his past; and Jackie hosts a poker night. Rag And Bone Frank searches Jackie's house for drugs, but she removes them in time and hides her stash in a ladies room at the hospital. Later, Jackie bonds with a homeless, alcoholic nun; and finds comfort in the arms of a fellow drug user. Meanwhile, Zoey confronts Prentiss about his dissatisfaction and encourages him to do what he loves. Nancy Wood Jackie's fake identity is compromised when it's learned that Carrie's DEA number has been stolen by a woman named Nancy Wood. Meanwhile, Jackie worries about her dwindling bank account and lack of pills; and Prentiss gives Zoey a shocking message. Rat On A Cheeto Antoinette makes a harrowing confession when she confronts Jackie about her addiction and it has a sobering affect on Jackie. Later, Jackie comes to a crossroads when she finds drugs in Grace's room. Meanwhile, Akalitus names Zoey nurse of the month; and Coop is named chief. The Lady With The Lamp Jackie detoxes at home and dreams she is back working at the hospital, where she meets a mysterious patient who exposes Jackie's greatest fear. Meanwhile, Frank objects to Grace moving back home; and Jackie makes a difficult decision concerning Frank. Candyman Jackie learns about a DEA investigation at the hospital that will require her to take a urine test, so she plots to get around it. Meanwhile, Kevin and Mia plan their wedding; the homeless nun returns in worse shape than ever; and Coop and Carrie find a way to skirt their no sex in the hospital rule. Sidecars And Spermicide Jackie breaks up with Frank and tries to separate herself from the people closest to her so she can keep using drugs. Meanwhile, Carrie forgets Coop's 40th birthday; the DEA investigation intensifies; and Zoey decides to become a nurse practitioner. Sisterhood Jackie reluctantly attends Kevin's wedding; Zoey witnesses Jackie make a near-fatal error with a patient; Carrie demands that Coop introduce her to his mom; Akalitus feels pressure from the DEA and grows suspicious of Jackie. Fight Akalitus orders Jackie to take a drug test or admit that she's using drugs. Meanwhile, Coop confronts Jackie, but she reveals to him a big surprise.
