Smells Like Winner
Payson, Kaylie and Lauren are one step closer to making their dream of Olympic Gold a reality, but first they must endure eight weeks at the USA Training Center to make the final cut. With a new coach, new rivals, and new distractions, the girls must really up their game. Payson tries to focus on her training after receiving upsetting news, Kaylie feels torn between her boyfriend and her teammates, and Lauren worries that her new custom-created perfume is giving her dizzy spells. Meanwhile, an uninvited gymnast, Jordan Randall, is determined to secure a spot at the training center.
It Takes Two
Coach McIntire decides to pair the girls up to teach the lesson that, while gymnastics is a single sport, they won't make it to the Olympics alone. This is not a training technique the girls were expecting, especially when Lauren and Payson are paired up and Kaylie is slotted with Kelly Parker. Still stinging from Kelly's betrayal before, how can Kaylie possibly live with this girl, let alone trust her? And Payson and Lauren are polar opposites, so how can they possibly agree on anything that can put them on the right track? Meanwhile, Austin pushes Kaylie to consider a career after the Olympics.
Time Is Of The Essence
With just six weeks to go until the Olympics, the women's gymnastics team is looking less like a team with every day that goes by. Coach Mac is determined to whip them in to shape, the way he did when he was head coach of the Men's team. The only problem is the girls are not responding to his harsh tactics and even worse, not improving. With a frustrated team and the NGO looking over his shoulder, Coach Mac is desperate to turn things around. Meanwhile, Payson is still plagued with the Sasha kissing scandal - even at the USA Training Center.
Growing Pains
Nervous that she'll have to play referee to her bickering, divorced parents, Kaylie decides to bring along boyfriend Austin to their family dinner - but starts to regret it when Austin and her dad get along too well. Payson is shocked when her dad delivers some unwelcome news. And Sheila does her best to sell Coach McIntire on Kelly. Meanwhile, Payson pushes Lauren to see a doctor about her condition.
Dream On
As the girls inch closer to final team selections, they must first pass the semi-qualifications. But that is easier said than done as they each face problems: Kelly must deal with her mom being in town and out for Kaylie's blood, Lauren stresses over Payson constantly watching her about her health, and there's a mole in the group, trying to sabotage the team. Meanwhile, Coach Mac's mandatory curfew puts a kink in Payson's love life.
Listen To The Universe
Lauren is devastated when the doctor tells her that her heart condition requires surgery. In hopes of helping her, Payson tracks down another doctor to convince him to perform an experimental procedure with a quicker recovery period. Meanwhile, Kaylie is forced to room with Jordan.
Truth Be Told
Lauren has an experimental procedure that leaves her scared about her future with the team. Will she recover in time to make it to the finals or will this be the end of her Olympic dreams? Meanwhile, someone from Jordan's past shows up at the USA Training Center, sending her into a tailspin.
United Stakes
Payson decides to rework her floor routine at the risk of losing a spot on the team. Kaylie is at a loss when Jordan refuses her help. Still recovering from surgery, Lauren balances her health with her need to make it to the Olympics. Meanwhile, Kaylie is thrown for a loop when she is told that her drug test came back positive for a banned substance.
