After a brutal twisting by their massage therapists, the cast is off to meet Sonia, their beauty ambassador in Thailand. Sonia leads the gang through the open market where they learn that Thai women like their skin to be as fair as possible. Enter Panya, a woman disfigured by the overuse of bleaching cream. Jessica is moved to tears by Panya's emotional story. Up next, Jessica visits a monastery where she gets the giggles while attempting to meditate with a monk! Finally, the cast ventures to the outskirts of Thailand to visit the Karen Hill Tribe of "ring neck women" where they witness a little girl getting her first of many rings to come. Jessica, Ken and CaCee are adorned with their own rings and celebrate this exotic beauty ritual with a traditional feast! Paris, France Pret-a-porte week in Paris welcomes Jessica, Ken, and Cacee for a true "behind-the-scenes" look at the world of high fashion. Their beauty ambassador is a fashion model who teaches the cast about the challenges models face on an everyday basis, including daily weigh-ins, and constant criticism. Jessica and cast first explore the glamorous side of Parisian beauty, with a trip to a luxury wine spa for some sweet and sticky treatments. But when Jessica and the cast meet with an anorexic runway model, who almost died at only 80 lbs., they hear first hand about the extreme risks some women will take to meet the standard of beauty on the runway. Jessica is invited to walk the runway for a show at Pret-a-porte, and the pressures to fit an industry standard mount as a highly critical event runway coach criticizes and threatens to pull her from the show. India Jessica, Ken and CaCee go to Mumbai, India. They meet Neha, their beauty ambassador at a bustling Bollywood studio where they not only learn about Indian beauty treatments, but also test their dancing skills at a real Bollywood dance audition. Heeding Neha's advice, Jessica checks out some local Mumbai yoga, however this is not your typical yoga class...it's laughter yoga! Jessica, Ken and CaCee giggle and guffaw their way to a younger state of mind. Feeling younger, the cast decides to embark on looking younger. They head off to an ayurvedic spa where the meaning of "exotic beauty treatment" gets pushed to new limits...drinking cow urine and snorting water through a netti-pot leave the cast gagging and giggling! Being an ambassador for Operation Smile, Jessica decides to meet and help Meena, one of the many kids in India suffering from a cleft palate. Jessica, Ken and CaCee hold Meena's hand while surgeons transform her appearance and her life! Finally the cast undergoes a total transformation...donning henna tattoos and ornate sari's, they celebrate their new appreciation of vibrant colors and self expression at a huge red carpet Bollywood party. Uganda Jessica, Ken, and Cacee adventure to Africa, where they explore the beauty of Uganda's exotic Hima tribe. With zebras, giraffes, and warthogs at every turn, the trio travels to a very remote location, where they meet Judy; an ambassador from the tribe that introduces them to the philosophy that "fat " is beautiful for women. The Hima tribe values their women as they value their cattle, "the fatter, the better". Jessica and Cacee meet an upcoming bride who has been preparing for her wedding in a "fattening hut" for over two months where she drinks milk and "ghee" until she becomes fat. Ken learns how to milk cows, while Jessica and Cacee feast. Back at camp, Jessica contends with a giant spider and creepy-crawlers that spook in the night. Jessica, Ken and Cacee are invited to participate in the tribal wedding and celebrate a truly unconventional concept of beauty. Morroco Jessica, Ken and CaCee head to the ancient city of Marrakech! First stop, a meeting with Khansa, their Beauty Ambassador in Morocco. The cast gets the inside scoop on Moroccan fashion, food and spa treatments. The cast agrees to accompany Khansa to a local Kaftan store, where they get fitted in traditional jellabas before exploring the open market where they are charmed by snakes, attacked by monkeys, entertained by a witch doctor and experience their first taste of sheep brains! And that's just the beginning....Jessica will be scrubbed clean at a traditional hammam, learn the ancient art of tea tray dancing and visit a home where the various looks of Moroccan women are explored. The episode culminates in a complete transformation of the cast --Jessica, Ken and CaCee dressed in ornate kaftans, ride camel-back to a festive Moroccan party, complete with belly dancers and live musicians. Tokyo, Japan essica, Ken, and Cacee hit the streets of Tokyo to explore beauty treatments and trends representative of Japan. Rio De Janiero, Brazil Jessica, Ken, and Cacee hit the famous "Ipanema Beach" known around-the-world for its bikinis and hot bodies. Los Angeles Jessica, Ken and CaCee travel home to the sunny city of Los Angeles!
