Back To Pazsaz Entertainment Network's The Starter Wife Page Hour 1 Molly Kagen is let go by her movie-mogul husband, forcing her out of the powerful elite circles she once commanded and into hiding at the summer home of a sympathetic friend. Hour 2 Molly moves in to Joan's beach home and befriends the security guard while growing closer to the mysterious Sam. Hour 3 Molly goes on a date with Sam, then pretends to be Joan's delinquent sister to help break her out of rehab. Meanwhile, Cricket catches her husband with the nanny and Lavender is forced to accept Molly's offer to move in. Hour 4 Joan is hurt in a drunken-driving accident; Sam is picked up by police and questioned after a witness claims he saw Sam attacking Lou the night Lou disappeared. Molly tries to come to his defense, but her story doesn't exactly help. Hour 5 Molly is happy with Sam, but her other relationships suffer when she tries to get Joan to quit drinking. Meanwhile, the divorce proceedings aren't going well, and Sam begins to feel pressure from Molly to change. Hour 6 Molly causes a blowup with Joan after reporting her rehab stunt to Pappy. Then she faces a difficult choice between Sam, who wants her back, and Lou, who wants to start a relationship. Meanwhile, problems with the divorce settlement drive Molly to find the strength to claim what's rightfully hers and take charge of her own life.
