Back To Pazsaz Entertainment Network's The Ride: The Road To The US Army All American Bowl Page Underdogs Eight underdog high school quarterbacks arrive in Annapolis, MD, at a Football University camp for a grueling elimination competition to determine the next US Army All-American. The quarterbacks are hungry for exposure and the chance to play Division I football. NFL coaches will put them through an intense series of drills and exercises designed to test them mentally and physically. At the end of this episode, the coaches hold their first rankings discussion and divide the players and them know where they stand heading into the first eliminations. Reckonings Eight quarterbacks begin the last day of camp eager to prove they have what it takes to advance to Top Gun, but only five will move on. Conner continues to shine, but Driphus is showing emotional strain, as he struggles with the recent death of his best friend. Ashton and Josh, on the bubble, fight hard to stay in the competition. Top Gun The five surviving quarterbacks arrive at the most intense football camp in America: Top Gun. Travis is dealing with the recent death of a teammate, while Conner must learn to show his passion for the game. The searing heat of Williamsburg, VA, adds a new twist to the competition, as does rooming the quarterbacks together at the camp hotel. It's a fascinating glimpse into their personalities and how deeply competitive the players are as they take to the pool for races and even enjoy cutthroat game of mini-golf. Eliminations Entering the final day of competition at Top Gun, Anthony, Conner, and Josh know they are on the bubble and have to make a big impression. The quarterbacks are asked to set aside their friendships and tell the group who they think should move on in the competition. The joking off the field gives way to heated competition as the QBs work to avoid elimination, but at the end of the day, two more quarterbacks' journey will come to an end. Showdown The first hometown visit takes us to Texas, the home of big time high school football. The pressure mounts on Driphus as he takes us from practice, to the classroom, and ultimately to his game against one of the best football teams in the country. California Love The second hometown visit is to Moreno Valley, Calif., home of Travis. His team is still mourning the loss of their teammate Emil, but life goes on as Travis celebrates his 18th birthday and leads his powerful team in a Friday night game.
