AEGIS takes note, Dot has a bad day, and she spends time with Overkill having drinks. The local AEGIS office reopens and Tick and Arthur are made to take a test. Overkill and Dangerboat are stopped by Dot when they try to go back on the lam. Tick and Arthur follow some bank robbers straight into the gambling world. Overkill gets reacquainted with a former mentor and learns The Duke may not be dead after all. Dangerboat goes into lockdown after receiving some strange intel. Dot heads off on a mission with Overkill and Superian has issues with Arthur's advice. With the help of their friends, Tick and Arthur pursue a bank robber down in the sewers. Dot and Overkill find out some information. Tick and Arthur fight to protect a creature from AEGIS related experiments. Dot visits an AEGIS open home and Overkill meets a former pal. Tick, Arthur, and Tinfoil Kevin rescue hostages from the Donnelley brothers. Walter begins to act strangely and Dot and Overkill approach the Duke's hideout. Tick and Arthur take care of six cute babies as they hide them from AEGIS. Joan and Kevin help out as Superian makes a surprise visit for therapy. Tick and Arthur join the Flag-5 and are welcomed with an initiation ceremony. Walter and Dot make things difficult and the Duke strikes AEGIS. Tick, Arthur, Dot, and friends must fight the Duke and AEGIS. Miss Lint states her real goal and Superian considers genocide.
