Cindy's Got A New Deal Cindy and her daughter Samantha are forced to play decorator in order to move two new houses that have dropped significantly in value with the declining market. Meanwhile, Cindy faces a difficult financial decision when her ex-husband Joe proposes an expensive new real estate venture. And while sick at home with a cold, Cindy finds herself caught in a complex triangle between her ex-husband and her best friend, Michael. Cindy heads to sunny Miami to watch her son Chad compete in an exclusive golf tournament. While there, she tours three multi-million dollar mansions on Miami's exclusive Golden Beach. But the fun is cut short when Cindy and her ex husband Joe clash over Chad's future as a professional golfer. Meanwhile, Cindy's daughter Samantha hopes to impress her mom by finding the perfect new office space back in Boston. Cindy's Fresh Start Luxury home builder Cindy Stumpo is moving offices. Her new office needs a complete renovation. And with only a few days left on her old lease, Cindy's crew works around the clock to get it ready in time. As if that wasn't enough, Cindy's daughter Samantha moves home after a fight with her boyfriend. Will the two Stumpo girls get along as roommates, or will this odd couple pairing end in disaster? Cindy Stumpo Gets Framed Cindy Stumpo's crew is framing out the house on E-Street. When the weather takes a turn for the wet and wintry, Cindy ends up having to chase down a sub-contractor who goes AWOL on the job. She's also playing referee to a bidding war between two painters for the new B-Road luxury home she's building. And as if that weren't enough, Cindy battles one of her debilitating panic attacks, attacks that started when her brother died at an early age. Cindy Inspects The Unexpected Cindy Stumpo and her team rush to make sure the Lot 4 House on Heath Street is ready for the impending home inspection by the prospective buyers. A bad inspection can knock the much-needed sale off the table, and Cindy is stressed to make sure it all goes perfectly. Meanwhile, Chad comes home from school in Florida and Cindy and ex-husband Joe clash regarding Chad's schooling. It's Marble Madness Cindy Stumpo, Boston luxury home-builder, is building a high-end home on B-Road. The only problem is that her marble guy and her tile supplier are at each other's throats. So while she's trying to keep her two guys on track to finish the house, she's also working with a new client who's building a 6,000 square foot house and can't decide on a design. Please Don't Take Cindy For Granted Cindy Stumpo, Boston luxury home builder, has her crew going full force on the E Street house. She is also completing a granite driveway for The Hill, a contemporary home she built with exotic woods and materials. When she decides to take a girls' day for herself and Samantha, she has to put Joe and Michael in charge of all the job sites and hope for the best. Cindy's Fantastic Foremen Cindy Stumpo, Boston luxury home builder, has her crew moving forward on E Street after a weather set-back. She also starts an attic renovation for a client on F Road. With best friend and foreman Michael spread too thin, Cindy puts her daughter Samantha in charge of the E Street window installation and promotes laborer Dave to foreman of the attic renovation. Cindy's Stairway To B Road Cindy Stumpo, Boston luxury home builder, has her crew working on custom finishes for the B Road project. They're custom designing and building mantle pieces and a sweeping staircase, battling measurements and architectural integrity. Cindy is also trying to keep her painting sub-contractors on track with various jobs and payments. In the midst of all of this, Cindy gets arrested for a Muscular Dystrophy Charity event. Customized Home, Cindy Stumpo-Style Cindy Stumpo, Boston luxury-home developer, is pushing her crew to finish the all-custom home on B Road. They've been working on the home for eleven weeks and are finishing the entire customized home. Tempers are high and there are fights breaking out that Cindy has to manage to keep the crew on schedule.
